December visit

We will be going home to VWL for our first trip home and our first December visit. We have already purchased our tickets for MVMCP but we are wondering what the Candlelight Processional at Epcot is and with an 8 yr old DS and 5 yr old DD, is it something they would be interested in? We are pretty disappointed about the cancellation of the Osborne Lights and are looking for other events we may not know about.

I am also interested to hear info about the Candelight Processional. Is this in addition to/instead of Tapestry of Dreams?
