December use year and booking December 2019 issue

Since our cruise has been cancelled, I am trying to extend our December vacation. We have a December use year. When I try to book on-line it will not allow me to take points out of my 2020 bank and not my 2019 bank as I have plenty of enough points as I will have to bank them come July. Is there anyway around this on-line or am I going to have to call DVC? Thank you

Are you crossing over from November into December? If so, you have to call.

In order to cross UY with an online booking, it as to be booked as two different reservations

Only MS can book it as one. .

If you used points to book a cruise, your points will have become reservation points and cannot be used to book DVC resorts. You can use them for the Disney Collection and the Concierge Collection.

Did you officially and manually bank your points? You will have to do that before you can book a reservation using those points.
