Have BCV Studio Dec. 26-Jan.3. Any thoughts on if restrictions will ease up before then? We do not already have park tickets. Will we be able to purchase them? How does the theme park reservation system work? Should I be trying to do that right now or is there a certain window of time to make them? How do you go about reserving a time slot for rides? I know still six months away, just want to be prepared. Would love any information on all the new rules/restrictions and what I should be doing now.

Except to indicate that those who already have park tickets will likely have first crack at making park reservations for some period time in the future, Disney has not yet provided any details about how the theme park reservation system will work, so it is unknown what you actally have to do, and by when, to make a park reservation. If you will be keeping the resort reservation, you just need to keep checking online for instructions, which you also have to do to find out when you can finally buy tickets.

As to whether park restrictions will ease before Dec, it is an unknown and likely depends to a significant extent on what happens with the coronavirus problem -- if there are still problems come Dec and no vaccine/cure, then one would guess there will still be restrictions.
