December Secret is Out!!

We were there 11/25 - 12/4 and the lines the first day were about average, 11/26 we were at Sea World and it was crowded, but at MK afterwards was not too bad, Sunday I wasn't in the parks. Mon at Epcot, with a little rain was great, as MS, TT were walkons and Soarin was 40 minute wait with about 1.5 return on FP, for most of the day. Tuesday was walk on most of the day at MK. Wed at MGM was not too bad, 20 minutes on most things. Thursday at AK, was not bad at all. Friday at Epcot was not that bad, and Sat at the MK was a madhouse as the crowds and pop warner rolled in and not just on Mainstreet with the filming of the parade, so we left the park (getting out was an expierience) and went to DTD and that was also very crowded. Sunday we checked out at 11:00 and had to get back from Epcot for 2:10 ME to MCO, so we did not have a lot of time in the parks. I stayed in the Epcot resorts and most were filled due to large conventions, Dolphin, Beach Club and Yauht Club all had conventions. I think even MGM closed an hour early on Wed 11/29 to have one or more of the convention groups use it.

We were there 11/28-12/4 and the only crowded day was Sat 12/3 in the evening at MK. And we expected that! We were only there for Spectro and Wishes so don't know if it was mobbed all day...I expect so. The rest of the week it was walk on for almost everything! Many rides weren't even offering Fastpasses in the beginning of the week. I would go again this time of year in a heartbeat!!!

Yeah..what she said!! Only we arrived on the 27th. We rode Pirates 6 times, Peter Pan 4 times, Haunted Mansion 2 times and Soarin 3 times..plus everything else..we walked on all week- Except the dreaded Saturday night!! :earseek: Then came the cheerleaders :cheer2: :confused3 .
But we will be back next year...hope it's a little warmer :cold:

Wow! We were there 11/24-12/4 and we encountered short lines/waiting with minimal exposure to crowds. It was a wonderful trip thanks to TourGuide MiKE.

We loved this time of year in 2003 and loved it this year. We'd do it again in 2007 if the pull of the Food and Wine Festival wasn't so strong.

We were there 12/9-12/14 and thought the crowd situation was great. Longest wait @ MK was 15 minutes for Dumbo, which we thougt was pretty good. We used a fastpass for Peter Pan. It started raining mid afternoon so we walked on Splash mountain and BTMRR (cool)!!

Next day @ MGM the only line we waited in was for the Narnia exhibit...FP for RNR and TOT. Got pretty good seats for Fantasmic about 20 minutes before showtime.

MVMCP on 12/13 wasn't terribly crowded either, walked on all Fantasyland rides (Dumbo X2) except Peter Pan and that was only a 5-10min wait. Got great spots to watch the parade in Liberty Square and marveled at Holiday Wishes.

12/14 @ Epcot was the best...We rode Soarin' X2 in 45 minutes, and used single rider lin @ TT and were in and out in 20 minutes!!!!

I wouldn't hesitate to go this time of year again!!!!!
