December reservations

I know the holiday season is very busy for DVC. Is it impossible at this point to rent points for 3 nights in early December anywhere? I'm looking at Dec. 3-6 or Dec. 2-5 for 3 nights and Disney in general is looking pretty booked up

This year? Yes, practically impossible. Early December is the highest demand period for DVC. Many resorts are fully booked at 11 months out.

I think I knew the answer before I asked, but I just wanted to double check. We decided to take a last minute unplanned trip to see the Osborne Lights for the last time.

I was just looking for the same reason! I've only seen them once and really want to go again. Maybe I'll try for a hotel room. Good luck!

I don't know what is going on around that time, but hotels are really booked too. I've never stayed Value before, but I booked All Star Movies for now. The other choice were expensive deluxe prices and Caribbean Beach. Most of the values were sold out. Seems strange.

If I remember correctly, Pop Warner week is some time in early December. The teams usually stay in the Value resorts so that could be why they are full.

ETA: Just googled it and several websites mention Dec 5-12 as the dates for this year.
