December Rates/Discounts

I know there are a couple threads going on AP discounts for Oct - Dec, but does anyone know if there are usually discounts for non AP holders during December?

We have plane tickets to go to Orlando Dec 3-11 and are planning on staying at CBR. If we can get a good rate we are going to stay there all 8 nights, if not we will stay on the world for part of our stay and off the world for the rest.
