December Park Hours- Tell me it will get better!

We are going at pretty much the same time, and I am assuming the hours will be expanded about 4 - 6 weeks out.

Does anyone know how likely it is that Disney will add EMH hours (at parks other than MK)? We actually try to avoid the EMH hours, so I'm hoping that Disney is more likely to extend park hours than add EMH.

We are planning to do our 2 MK days on party nights. Even though we have to leave by 6pm I know the 2 non party days we are there MK is going to be even busier. So like you we are doing Hollywood and Epcot on the non party days at MK. (the only exception is we wanted to park hop the one night that MK offers the Night EMH 9-11pm as currently listed but hoping it changes to 10-1am. Any advice on this plan of attack?

I would add a small caveat that this page sometimes is not updated with absolute final hours / late changes, so I don’t recommend using it as a sole source of historical hours if 100% accuracy is needed. For example - the abundant A.M. MK EMHs that ran from Christmas to New Years are not noted (these were added somewhat late).

Did December Emh get added for AK when pandora opened?

When I was making ADR's this past Saturday for our trip Dec. 20-26. I somehow was under the impression that MK closed at 8 pm on Christmas Day. Working on our ADR for Christmas dinner I called Resort services and was corrected -- MK is open till 10 pm. This might not be anything new, but I swear I saw 8 pm somewhere.

December 2017 did not see an increase in EMHs at AK. With some exceptions, it was the somewhat standard (loose term) Saturday & Monday AM EMH pattern.

Of course, anything is possible with TSL/DHS!
