December Itenerary with not so much Disney....Help, Thoughts

Ok...We are in the early stages of planning for our 4th December trip...This year thought we are not doing as much Disney as usual and plan to attend som of the other area attractions....We are going the 2nd wee in Dec as we always do...3rd thru 10th...Here is what I got...

SAt 3rd
Day off after a previous day of driving....Pirates cruise for 2 boys 5 and 9....Chef Mickeys for dinner

Sun 4th
Busch Gardens....Never been

Mon 5th
Universal Studios

Tues 6th
Magic Kingdom all day...Crystal Palace breakfast....LTT for lunch

Wed 7th
day off for wife and youngest son at her request...Me and the oldest son will spend morning at MGM(RnR,ToT, new stunt show) and evening at Epcot(MS,Soarin,TT)...Any recomendations for my son and I for lunch at Epcot or MGM would be great...Done SCi fi, Garden Grill, Mexico, Norway, Germany...Something new and fun for him....

Thurs 8th
Islands of Adventure

Fri 9th
Sea World
Dinner at Whispering canyon Cafe....Wife loved it last year....I think cause they got me and all the other guys up in front of everyone and she knows thats not me....

Sat 10th
Day off before drive home on Sun....Dinner at Boma...1st time there to eat

So any thoughts changes anything to help plan this out????....Something missing besides more Disney???.....something I need to take away???..Thanks in advance

You arent doing the MVMCP again this year?

No MVMCP this year....Last year was so packed and a waste of time and money...We got on 2 rides...saw no shows...The best part was sitting on ,ain street after closing as the snow fell for about an hour waiting on the crowds to clear...It was packed...2 previous years was great....no crowds what so ever....We might change our minds come travel time

My oldest is shaping into quite the little athlete....After averaging 16 points a game in Basketball with a high game of 34...He had a double and 2 homeruns in a 11-0 win tonight in baseball...1st baseman he got 4 outs himself....woo-hoo....Sorry about that any more thoughts to my original post????
