On the official Disney site the calendar has been updated with the December hours. Let the planning begin!!
ETA: The Extra Magic Hours page is not up yet, but should be soon. The main park calendars do show which parks have EMH on which days, but not whether it is morning or evening. They will probably be the same days as November from the looks of it.
