Hope everyone had a good Christmas and managed to stay on plan with exercise & food. I've done well with exercise - not so much with food!

Did you know that brownies taste good for breakfast!

Good thing I'm at least keeping up with the exercise. There weren't that many brownies, and they are gone but it will take some extra work on my part to burn them off!
I am currently at 1490/1500 min for Dec.

My hour of PT tomorrow should put me over goal and I still have a few days left to work off those brownies!
