Once again, I come to you with head down in shame. November got away from me. But, today is a new day, this is a new month, and I need to pull on my big girl panties & MOVE!!!

My foot issue is no better, but I just made an appointment for the podiatrist. I haven't as my fear is he will say "stop walking" which for me is NOT an option, but neither is the pain.

I WILL KEEP THIS UP!!! If anyone notices I'm MIA, feel free to PM me. or find me on FB.

Now, for the real thread post.....as usual, commit to as many or as few minutes you WILL exercise this month. ANYTHING you consider exercise counts! Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers. I will update this periodically....hopefully frequently!

Hey guys, I'd like to join the party too. It has been awhile since I have done this. But I am having success and would love to add this challenge.

I would like to do 1000 minutes.

So far I am happy to say that I have already gotten in some exercise!

Dec. 1st 30 minutes stair climber
Dec. 3rd 45 minutes aerobics and 50 minutes in the gym with treadmill and weights!

HURRAY!

Ok, this is my 3rd month trying this and I'm really going to make it this time...or else!

I'm at 200/1000 so thats a good start...

110 of running over 2 days and 90 min of ballet...
 
45 minutes of step aerobics in AM
45 minutes in the gym on the treadmill and lifting weights

Well, I had a health scare last week. I didn't feel safe exercising, so unfortunately I am behind now. I did try out the stairmaster yesterday and got in 1/2 hour. Not sure about hitting the 1000 for the month, but I am determined to finish the month strong!
