Take the friendship to MGM and the shuttle to OKW from there. The first stop is Hospitality House at OKW.

I think it's wonderful that you're getting everyone together ! I really wish I could take part in the get-together too. I'll be in WDW Dec 1-4. It's just a short, spur of the moment trip.

Go through Epcot and take the OKW bus. Get off at the first stop inside OKW (Peninsular Road) and walk back across the bridge to the dock area. We will be at the picnic tables along the boardwalk there unless it is raining. In case of rain, we will likely be inside Papa's Den in the main registration area. Hospitality House is the LAST bus stop at OKW, so if you miss the first one, just stay on and get off at the last one.

There is another option. Take the bus to DTD, then take the boat to OKW. Then you'll get dropped off where the party is. Just a thought.

Usually the buses only do that in the evening at park closing. I have also seen it done when crowds are large.

I'd like to attend the meet if I can slip away from my 13 traveling companions. We'll be at Epcot that afternoon, with a 7 p.m. ADR at Coral Reef. Even coming by bus, I should have time to get there and back, shouldn't I?
