Sorry I saw on another thread someone alluding to free dining for the CP.
Disney isnt offering the Free Dining Plan in December are they?

I believe the thread you're referring to is about being able to use 1 TS credit (or 2 TS credits for Coral Reef) for CP participating restaurants. For that time period, there is no free dining plan being offered that I know of. So anyone using credits for this will have purchased the dining plan as part of a MYW package.
