December conventions at CSR??

Anyone know of any conventions at CSR that happen in December every year? Just read another thread about the Grainger convention that happens there in February every year. Just checking to see if there is anything in December that happens annually like that one. I do know about Pop Warner, but hoping CSR won't be an option for them. Thanks!

CSR is generally an option for POp warner. It is almost next door to all stars - it and CBR are generally the option for Pop warner - although POR is a back up

Actually, I don't think Pop Warner kids usually stay at CSR, although they may have in the past. Last year, the Pop Warner moderate was CBR, and in recent years it has been POR.

Here is a thread that speculates the Pop Warner mod will be CBR again this year due to the POR refurb, but that is just speculation until the schedule is released this fall:

OP, there is no other convention at CSR that is on the same scale as the Grainger show. While there may be a convention at CSR in December, it is unlikely to impact guests, and it definitely wouldn't have the impact of Grainger.

I don't think there are any large scale coventions in early December and there are none in late December. We have stayed there the last 2 Christmas from Dec. 14th-28th. There is some kind of accounting convention that ends on the 17th and then nothing until after the holidays. In 2 years never noticed the conventioners those first 3 days at all, only reason I knew they were there is that I read about it.
