December before Christmas crowds or presidents week

We are used to going for like 10 days the last week of August and crowds are super manageable due to a lot of people being back to school. We wanted to do a trip with my son one More time before we have another kid. When would have less crowds? December 13-17 or presidents week in February?

December 13-17, no question. That’s a fantastic time to go. Weather will likely be warmish with chilly nights.

Thanks! We have never gone around Christmas before so that’s what I was thinking. Just have never gone for such a short period of time before

I’d choose December too. We always go at the end of August and in recent years I started chaperoning our school trip that goes every year during President’s week and I’m always surprised by how crowded it is that week. Families are out of school the first few days and then the runDisney event at the end of the week brings in more people.

Plus, I love the Christmas decorations and events, so early December would be my favorite time to go!

From what I understand any national holiday time is busy at Disney so your December dates are a much better bet.
