December at BCV

Our first time home will be next December, to celebrate DM and DF's 50th anniversary with my siblings' families. DH & I are providing 4 rooms - probably 2 2BD, 1 1BD, and I'm thinking of a studio for DM and DF, since they obviously don't have to contend with little ones running around anymore! So, here are my questions. My 11 month window for this starts next week - do I stand a chance at getting all 4 rooms, and is the studio a nice enough room for Mom and Dad as a surprise instead of having them stay at Shades of Green (which is where they currently have reservations?)

December is a very busy month for DVC, so all you can do is call and hope. Personally, I'd do the day-by-day reservations for any December DVC reservations.

As for the studio, it is about the same size as a regular resort room (moderate or deluxe) but it does add the refrigerator and microwave. I think your parents would enjoy the accommodations very much...though the difference between the studio and 1BR is quite a huge one! For just the two of them, though, I would think they'd enjoy the studio.

SOG has pretty big rooms and 2 queen beds not just 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa - so I would ask first!
