December ADRs

I am just now finalizing our restaurant choices for our December trip. Here's what we've got:

Magic Kingdom
Cinderella's Royal Table (breakfast)*

Epcot
Le Cellier (dinner)
San Angel Inn (dinner)*

Disney's Hollywood Studios
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre (dinner)*

Downtown Disney
T'Rex (dinner)*

Wilderness Lodge
Whispering Canyon Cafe (dinner)*

Grand Floridian
Citricos (dinner)*

Animal Kingdom Villas
Sanaa (dinner)*

Polynesian
Kona Cafe (breakfast)

Many of these first-time restaurants are ones that we've skipped during previous visits, generally because of less-than-stellar reviews. However, we don't just want to keep going back to the same places over and over again. (We've already been to California Grill twice, Artist Point twice, Brown Derby twice, Biergarten twice, Crystal Palace twice, etc.) So even though some reviews haven't been great, we're finally trying out some other restaurants, including:

• CRT (for the whole experience, and many people say you should try to go at least once, even though it's very expensive and the food is reportedly just OK)
• San Angel Inn (because I hear there's a new chef, and I love Mexican food--however, I may switch to the new Hacienda de San Angel when reservations are available)
• Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre (for the experience, even though I hear the food is just OK)
• T'Rex (ditto)
• Whispering Canyon Cafe (because my son is dying to go there, and we've never gone there even though it's our third stay at WL)

On the other hand, I'm really looking forward to Sanaa and Citricos, which have great reviews. I'm just a little concerned about my DW and DS being happy with them. (They aren't as adventurous as me with respect to dining.)
