December ADR - Epcot problem?

We are going to be in Disney from Dec 19-21st so our 180 is today. I had IPO look and I looked and there are no openings for Garden Grill for Dec 20th - does anyone know what could cause this? I highly doubt that it's completely booked - or is it possible?? I know it's busy but Garden Grill??? LeCellier, Rose & Crown & Coral Reef are all showing no availability - everything else has openings. Thanks for any input.

The most common guess is the CP packages. As long as I've paid attention (this is the 3rd year now), this has happened each year. They should be releasing the CP Package info soon, which should open up both non-CP and CP adrs when they do.

Thanks. So, do they usually release non-CP ADRs? We are not trying to get a CP package. Thanks again.

They hold back tables for the CP packages. So there are not as many non-CP tables available for booking. When the CP packages are released, some guests will most likely switch to the packages from regular reservations. That is a good time to check for regular availability.

I have a feeling that they hold the maximum amount of tables too before they get the packages set up, and then the released reservations are a mix of the two (though heavily slanted toward CP), that's just my guess though. The effect of people booking, and then rebooking to get a CP package certainly has a sizable effect as well.

How are people booking and rebooking? I have not heard of anyone that was able to get many of these places at all.

Did anyone get a normal dinner time? I tried at 180+10 and could not get a late lunch at Le Cellier or Coral Reef. I also could not get a dinner before 9pm at an of the places.

I just called disney dining and got the automated service.

I was able to make 2 ADR's that I have been trying to make for a week.

Rose and Crown on 12/20 at 7:45pm
Coral Reef on 12/18 at 1:20pm

ITA. Check now! I finally got Rose & Crown for the 18th about 10 minutes ago.
