Omg, when it was announced the other day that Disney bought rights to SW, she came in my room and was all concerned about "how are they going to handle this?? Are they going to do it right??!!". I told her that it would be at least five years before anything come out moviewise and I wasn't that worried... I did not show the appropriate concern, she left, telling me she would discuss it with he father later...

We will have to hang out and chat with her! My mom and I are both big Star Wars fans. My mom works in cosmetology for the parks and gets to work on the hair and makeup for Star Wars Weekends!

Anyone ever brought a minor that doesn't belong to them? We are thinking of letting our DD bring a friend (if Disney says it's not too late). Final decision will be made tonight when hubs gets home from meeting..... but what does DCL require? I searched website, but couldn't find any thing... maybe my search wasn't worded right.

All you need to do is to have the parent(s) fill out a Minor Authorization Form that you can find on the DCL website under the Online Check In. As long as the sailing isn't sold out it shouldn't be a problem for you to add another person!

We would be adding her to our cabin, so there is defiantly "room" for her... I did finally find it.... its buried in there though! My DD said she will have to brush up on her SWs and watch all episodes before the cruise!!

WE cruised Royl Caribbean twice with a friend of our kids (ages 15 & 16 at the time). We had the parents sign Notarized letters giving us permission for temp custody and medical needs. Both times no one even asked why someone with a different name was with us, but I couldn't guarantee Disney would be the same.

We DID get our luggage tags, etc in mail today!!!! YAY US!!

Today is the 19th. So I am making a last call for corrections or changes. If you have been monitoring this thread and do not see you information in the first post let me know ASAP? I will send out the last version this evening. I have one unassigned cabin and they may not know until the last minute. I will accept any corrections from those who have already signed up until Friday morning before the cruise. After that you will need to see me on the ship at 3pm at the meet. Can anyone tell me are the key to the world keys punched for wearing on a lanyard? I got lanyards for us to keep our keys on, but if the keys aren't punched I guess I will have to get pouches for them.

No the keys aren't punched. Our lanyards have clear pouches on them that we keep our keycard in.

Where am I .... Panicking! Finishing my FE's, having to take off to replace my HVAC, need to recharter my scout pack (its a lot of work) and haven't started packing, but I have 12 days left? I think..

A lot of people are on facebook. Not talking about anything critical but they are sharing pics and getting to know one another. If you are on facebook, look back a couple of pages they put a link up.

I am still working on the FE gifts. And haven't even started packing.

My youngest Eli (Elizabeth) is 5 and we keep getting asked "when are we going here when are we going there. I thought we were going tomorrow." So we made one of those calendar chain things with red and green paper and put in yellow paper for the big days, leaving for the cruise, Christmas with families ect. And I looked at it and said "Wow! We better get to work!" When you make it visual like that it just seems so much closer!!

And this time of year it just seems everything moves faster!

Can't wait to meet everyone!
