December 9 -13 BCV reservation available/ Point rental

I have a reservation at BCV for a 2 bedroom villa from Dec 9 to Dec 13 that someone backed out of. I would like to rent it for $10/point and it was 168 points. If those dates do not work, I can cancel that reservation and would have a total of 248 points to rent.
