We can't wait to meet everyone. We are getting in late, due to this being our first cruise. I had no idea there were so many extra activities to get involved in. We are just working on what we want to give at the FE. Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with. I haven't been accepted to the FB page yet. My Hubby is already accepted, but doesn't pass on info the best . I hope we get to meet you on the cruise and have a great time.

Welcome aboard. The great thing about DCL is they have enough to do and repeat it so you can still enjoy your vacation by relaxing some. Hehe

On a side note, I take a look at some of the postings on the DCL forum and see people asking about the at sea internet packages for their phones for a 3 and 4 day cruise. I'm not sure I understand the need to be on the internet all the time. (and yes, I recognize the irony of this, as I type on the internet at this given moment)
I'm glad to be able to take a few days and disconnect from the rest of the world. When I get back, then I can share the photos and stories, don't have to do it right at the moment. I guess some people's jobs need them that much? Glad mine can continue without me while I'm out doing this

I see I missed the deadline of 10/26. But if there is a way we can get in it, please please let me know. We have two little boys (4 and 6) that would LOVE it.

Welcome aboard. The FE is closed. If you search up some there was another family instrested in participating in an FE you could start a third group.

It's still over a month away. I was in the same boat on my last DCL cruise and planned another FE group. Through solicitation we ended up with 25 new FE participators...so it can work! Just solicit here and on FB. We kept it open until 2 weeks prior to sail date and everyone in the group was ok with that.

To save a little bit of digging, here is the FB link: https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/134007413456222/ And if you would, please post first name and last initial here, so we know who requested to join, thanks! That way it can be approved a lot easier.

For a first cruise, DCL is a good one. Our boys had a great time last year. Unfortunately for them, this cruise isn't for them, as we're doing adults only for us.

The FE is closed. If you read up some there might be a 3rd FE group starting.

Just checked and if anyone hasn't booked yet, the OGT and VGT rates just hit. Verandah for 2 for $1928.06 from what I just checked. Ah well, they waited until a real short time to post those.
