Thank you.

The trip was amazing .. Best trip to date. We have sailed both classic ships, but they don't compare to the Fantasy experience. We bought the photo CD with over 250 pics, so I can show you anything you're interested in.

There was a lot to love .. The restaurants are all beautiful, the CC 5K was a personal goal achieved, the Rainforest room was perfect .. I could go on for hours.

I want to see everything ;) do you have any children? My kids will be 7 and 4 when we sail so I am Interested in the kids activities.

Good morning:

Well a couple more days of work, cant belive that Christmas is just a few days away.

Today is going to be a good day....seems like all the computers are working:thumbsup2, its Wednesday and only two work days left of this week...:)

We are expecting some snow tomorrow. Just hoping we dont get a lot of it, they are talking it hitting the north suburbs....I live in the south suburbs so hopefully the majority will miss us....

Have a good day

Yay! For the computers and for hump day... Today was a good day for me. I got to sub at my sons preschool in their art class. We made salt dough ornaments. It was a lot of fun.....
It's raining here in Kansas City right now. It's still about 37 degrees...Hoping snow doesn't come tonight, my son has his first Christmas concert in the morning at 10:20am and if they don't have school they won't make it up :(.. So please hold off one more day......

Wishing everyone a wonderful night.

pixiedust: to you for hoping the snow holds off...I remember the days when my kids were little and did the school Christmas shows...I loved it...they were all so cute... Have fun at his concert.

have a good evening

It has been a horrible day here at work. So they were updating our computers last evening and of course we come in this morning and 2 of them are not working. Ok, it would not be a big deal, except since I work in a doctors office, they are the check in computers. So not only can we not check the patients in at the front desk, we can not scan all their information into the electronic medical record. :hyper:

We work in am & pm shifts so I was the am shift and no computer. We switch off at 12:30 and finally at 11:30 they got it up and running. What a mess.....

Oh well just made the morning go by really fast.

later

Don't you just love technology... when it works, it makes everything much easier, but when it's down all hell breaks loose. Glad you are back up and running.

Thank you.

Today was a really good day for us. We closed on our house in Philly, and moved into the townhouse this past Monday. :cool1:

Things are moving forward with the house in Florida, home, termite, and wind inspections are complete with no issues.

Mortgage is approved and now need to get the appraisal. Closing on Jan 29th if all goes well. We are really excited now, especially since we are out of the money pit.

So today has not been a good day. School cancelled, DD6 will not get to have lunch with the principle today. :( DS3 will not have his Christmas Program and top it all off I am standing in .5" of water in our basement. Yep, a pipe luckily it was a pipe my husband played plumber on and it was a small pipe not a main. But still we have water all over and he leaves me with the water turned off, water to deal with and two kids with no school due to weather. He was called into work early, that's how he heard the pipe.

Oh my how horrible. why do these things always happen at the worst times?
I am still having plumbing problems with my kitchen sink, but I blame Wally (just dont tell him) he was supposed to work on it last week but did not and its getting worse....so Saturday will be our kitchen sink work day, and I am sure that will take most of the day....
pixiedust:pixiedust: double pixie dust to you...hope you get your water back soon.

Weird. According to the DCL website, there aren't any Oceanview staterooms available on our cruise. And prices have gone up.

Things got better for me :) it was minor in the big scheme of things... I hope your sink gets fixed soon. Plumbing issues are not fun at all....

Haven't checked lately, but I remember signing up for ours one minute a inside room was available... I wanted to see the port holes... But by time it took me to call my TA 3 hours passed and no more. Only thing available was a verandah. Not complaining I either wanted a verandah or the magic porthole.
I know the last time I checked a month ago prices had gone up 600 more then when I booked.
I will have to go check now... This will help build my case on all the reasons to book while on the ship;). Reason 103: prices only go up, book now pay later...
Wishing everyone a wonderful Friday!!!!!

Maybe they're just releasing things in batches?

We're looking at booking an Alaskan cruise for '15 when we're onboard and going by the '14 prices chatter I'm nervous about prices for then.

No rain here this month :( So much for this being the start of our wet season! I put the sprinkler on in the chicken yard for the ducks and they got so excited. We badly need rain. Please send lots of prayers our way :)

Happy to see that Australia survived the Mayan calendar prediction.... :cheer2:
