I have a Disney Visa, I got it because I thought they got the offers early, I have NEVER received an offer early in the past 3 years. They usually even send the email a day AFTER general public. The points are really the only benefit we get from having it. Have used them to pay on past hotel stays. Not sure if we will keep it.

Same here. They used to give us promotions at least a few days before general public but haven't seen that in a while.

If I were you i'd book it to secure a room and change resorts if RO doesn't come out.

It's getting ridiculous waiting so long even though I know last year it was even longer .... next year we can take advantage of the bounce back and not have to worry about this.

Well the issue is we were there a few weeks ago and there was nothing available on the Bounce Back at the GF for Dec (where our group was staying) and the other monorail resorts had limited too or mostly just suites . Just a FYI. I hope you do better then us!

Yes, those BB's come out in Nov for RO... I'm sure slim pickings. We will grab a 2018 ressie in December using the bb

Did you call and have the discount applied to your already booked resort? Could you do it online?

My friend told me she called Disney to inquire about booking in either end of October or in November and the CM told her there are some great deals that time of year. My friend hasn't booked yet but it makes wonder what deals she's talking about. There aren't any deals for the GP out at this time. So either she meant that the rooms are cheaper at that time of year or there might be some deals coming out that she's aware of. Not sure a about the latter only because these CM's always say they don't know anything until they walk in for the shift. But maybe, just maybe they got information on a deal that is happening maybe Monday???

I just noticed in DME that the Boardwalk Inn has NO availability December 9 through the 15th. Is that normal? Thankfully I have a reservation but I check periodically to see what room categories show full or not. Hoping for an AP discount...I'd say if hotel is full, the odds of an AP discount are slim and none....?

I know. Most resorts are full end of November into mid December. It's crazy. I thought sales were down

The only rooms available for the discount at the resorts we already have reservations at are premium rooms hundreds of dollars more per night than we are paying at rack rate, so we will not be changing.

I'm not surprised. Last year's RO discount for this time of year was similar. Very little availability. I don't even have a room booked yet and this discount isn't helping me.
