December 2013 CANCELLED ADR Thread - Read 1st Post

Lots of CRT's available! Go on and start checking dates! I have been looking for months and just booked two!

Glad you got it after so many failed attempts to pick up a cancellation!

Cancelled our December trip (don't feel sorry for us- we just got back Sunday night- we moved to October, but held the December trip because there was a chance we would have to cancel October). I have the following ADRs to cancel. All are for 3 people which in my experience means they should pull up if you are trying to book for 4 people. If anyone wants to coordinate a time to try to pick any of them up, PM me. Whoever PMs first for each is the person I will try to coordinate with.

Sunday Dec. 1: 50's Prime Time 6:30 p.m.
Monday Dec 2: Biergarten 12:15 p.m.
Tues Dec. 3: Crystal Palace 12:10 p.m.
Weds Dec. 4: Crystal Palace 12:00 p.m.
1900 Park Fare 7:10 p.m.
Thurs Dec. 5 Akershus 12:30 p.m.
Friday Dec. 6 CRT 1:25 p.m.
Sat. Dec. 7 Tusker House 12:35 p.m.
1900 Park Fare 6:50 p.m.

I've had that happen before. The reservation should show up an hour after that happened. Check back in an hour and it should be there.

Yes! That's what happens when you click on the reservation and it shows server busy. It's most likely not because someone took it, it just goes back into the system and shows up an hour later. I read about it on the DIS and couldn't believe it when the CRT reservation that I thought I lost showed up an hour later!

Oh my gosh. CRT DID come back an hour later. I got as far as hitting reserve to pay for it, and got the server busy message again. How frustrating!

If you hit the payment button it should have gone though. You should get a confirmation email shortly

I did hit reserve to pay, but no confirmation e-mail and it's not showing up in my reservations.

Give it 20 min. That's how long it took for me to get mine when it crashed like that of not try again in an hour.

I just canceled Tusker house breakfast for 4 Dec 7th @ 10:40 am
there are also some lunch times showing... I booked 11:40 bit there was a 12:55 and a 1:10 both for 4 showing....hope this helps someone... I'm thinking it's cuz we are almost to our 45 day mark

yeah, it's the week of cancellations. Thursday is the 45 day mark for December 1st, so should have lots of cancellations coming this week/weekend.

45 days is the deadline to cancel a package reservation without penalty.

Yes. You can always tell for sure by going to your MDE, checking your dinner reservations, and looking at the details. All info is shown there about cancellations.

haha, yeah. the 45 day is for the whole trip.
