December 2013 booked?

I am freaking out a bit here! We are booked Dec 3rd-13th at CS. We chose this time as it appeared this was, historically, a relatively slow period. All the moderates are booked! All rooms are appearing as 'unavailable!' why?????? They shouldn't, in reality, be fully booked, right?

When we booked our trip, I asked why it was so limited and the agent said that they are pretty full because of the free dining and people coming for the holidays. I'm sure people avoiding Pop Warner week is also part of it too.
