**December 2012 Roll Call** Holidays, FLE Opening & MVMCP!! A very, merry thread!

I just got home from a lovely weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks with my high school girlfriends (we graduated 32 years ago and still get together a few times a year).....anyway, while I was gone our MVMCP tickets arrived in the mail! Woohoo! This wait is going to kill me but having those tickets just made it REAL!

So, remember I was saying last week how the CM told me to drop my Park Hoppers and if I wanted to hop, just upgrade my base ticket for one extra day for $10 instead and enter another park on the same day with that?

Well, I emailed Guest Services telling them I was concerned about how many others she was telling that is-info and that they should be aware. That was it, wasn't expecting anything more.

They called me today. Asked if I would like the PH added back at no charge. I politely declined as my schedule doesn't really require hopping but thanked them very much. She then went on to say I should now consider her as my own private travel agent and any questions, changes etc to call her directly and she would take care of my needs. Lastly she added that she noticed we were celebrating my parents 42nd wedding anniversary so she would personally see to it that something special was waiting for them in their room when we arrived.

I thought that was nice

That's the Disney customer service we know and love! Congrats!!.

I have been on a trip so I am so far behind on reading post! I don't think I will ever catch up! I planned a weekend getaway trip to Gatlinburg for Sept.....so I am praying this all makes December come even sooner for me! My mind is easy to trick!

We just booked Dec 3-8th at POFQ. This will be our second Christmastime trip. Only on ADR booked for Rose and Crown. We may just wing the rest and have a relaxing trip rather than a rushing trip to get to ADRs and such.

Quick question: for the pirate cruise can the kids dress up like pirates. They have their pirate customes fom cruising and I would love to get more use out of them.

No ADR’s
Possible MVMCP
HS: EMH 8:00-11:00

Monday: AK 8:00 -5:00 (3.5)
Pirates and Pals Cruise: 6:15 Contemporary
MK: EMH 8:00 – 11:00

Tuesday: HS 9:00 – 8:00 (3.6)
ADR: Chef Mickey 11:10

Wednesday: open

At 7 months I switched us to BWV but was only able to get six nights in a one bedroom boardwalk view so I waitlisted the first night. I got my email this weekend that the waitlist came through so we will be in a boardwalk view all 7 nights! I'm so excited because we haven't stayed there yet!

Hopefully I'll be booking our airfare in August. Then I just have to finalize our ADR's and get our MVMCP tickets.

Saw a restaurant review thread of somebody's trip, and they talked about having a great time at the Garden Tea Room at the Grand Floridian, and once we heard about that the girls and I had to make an ADR!

Turns out there's an online glitch, so if you try to make an ADR online, it won't show any available reservations. But when I called the dining line, there were plenty of spots.

So Dec 5, we'll be having scones and clotted cream and fancy tea at the GF!

Hope you enjoy it! DD and I did it on our mother/daughter trip in March and I really enjoyed it. I think she enjoyed it too, but not as much as I did. She wanted tea so I let her order one and she didn't really like it that much. I think she would have been happier with chocolate milk. But she loved the strawberries and cream and I really enjoyed the tea sandwiches. We had a table by the window with a pretty view of the grounds. I would love to do it again sometime.
