I'll be on the look out for LGMH's while in the park. Mine will be on my hip pouch/fannypack. Anyone else wearing one while in the parks?

Mine is on my chest-harness camera bag. And DSis has one on her wheelchair.

Please add us to the list! We arrive at the Poly on 12/4. We are Texans looking forward to COOL weather (hopefully COLD!) Our last trip was Thanksgiving 2010 & we missed the Candlelight Processional AND the Osbourne lights. I am thrilled (beyond words) to witness these two events/displays.

We're flying from Houston so we are an hour behind DW time....Has anybody (those coming from a different time zone obviously) had any issues with morning ADR's because of the time change? Im concerned that my kiddos will wake at their regular time but it will be an hour later and we'll be late....We'll be there 6 nights so maybe the first few morning will be off?? If you show up late is your ADR cancelled?

Hi Houstonmama! We have felt your pain I *usually* try to book our ADRs around the same (TX) time we normally eat. Soooo, if we eat supper at 6:30, I try to book ADRs for 7:30. I will be eating those words since I'm hoping to schedule a 7:30am Kona breakfast on our 1st morning this trip. Naps are our friends

I think it stands for the lime green mickey head , the paint chips you can get at the hardware stores to pick your paint color.

I bought an extra large Mickey Head "hole punch", from Hobby Lobby, several years ago. I always buy fluorescent paper & punch my own LGMHs, that are about the same exact size as the Home Depot LGMHs. I take double sided tape & decorate my door/windows like a madwoman.

I have worked at the same place for 16yrs. The name of the place is called Trinity. It's just outside Faneuil Hall. Before it was called Trinity, it was called Shawn's and Fin McCool's. It's right next to the Hong Kong.

Is that the place with the Scorpion Bowls? Wow, that brings back memories!

There are no more Mickey paint chips at Home Depot. In any color.

I have some of the original paint chips but I ended up making my own on our last trip anyway. If you look on the DISigner board, one of the DISigners has one you can print out.

They definitely had to wonder why they went through so many paint chips but never actually sold any paint in that color.

When did they do that? I was in ours in April and they still had a TON.

It's been recently. I read it here on the dis that HD and Behr's contract ended. Last time I was in HD, the Behr/Disney display was gone. They might be back. I haven't checked lately.

Joining in. Going 2-8 December and staying at the Beach Club. Just made our ADRs this morning. Waiting for the other Epcot restaurants to open up for seating. We were able to get Teppan Edo and Via Napoli but nothing for Le Cellier or Garden Grill.

I haven't read through this whole thread, but are there NO lunch reservations for Le Cellier during CP? (besides the one's they will open up for CP in July, or whenever??) How easy will it be to get Teppan Edo CP dinner?

All reservations for lunch and dinner at Le Cellier, Coral Reef, Rose & Crown and Garden Grill are shut off right now. They will open up when the CP dining packages are released (at the latest). In other words, not all of the spots are reserved for CP but they just don't know how many they will need yet (until the narrators are named), so they opted to hold them all back.

All the other restaurants are fine. Though of course there is some overflow with people booking second choices.

Making baby steps in getting stuff done for this trip. Booked our outbound flight yesterday with SW...awesome price! Just hoping perhaps with their anniversary later this month, prices may drop a little and I can get a good deal on the return trip.

Heard from BW IPO today to fill out all the planning paperwork. The sheet they sent me had enough room for 6 ADRs. Had to make several more copies of that page. 10 nights, DxDP...I'm looking at 24 ADRS + CP package when it is released. Sending in all that stuff tomorrow so they have everything ready to go come June 21 (our ADR date ).

DH and I Staying our first trip as DVC owners at our home resort BLT December 3rd through the 13th! Studio magic kingdom view!!!
Getting up super early tomorrow to make my ADR's- glad i popped on here before going to bed- i would be yelling crazy things at my computer if i saw all those Epcot ressies were unavailable and having no idea why!! hope to get to le cellier but not the end of the world if i cant. i can fill up on grand marnier slushies and carmel popcorn.

We booked our suprise Christmas family vacation just last week !

I will be our first suprise trip and my mind is racing with all the ways to reveal the suprise to DD12, DS6 & DS 41/2. It seems like there are so many ways to do it, just we have to nail it down.

So far, we know we will be home on X-mas morning, the kids will get the suprise opening presents and we will be leaving to drive on X-mas night.

So, it will be me, DH, and the 3 kiddos.

Up bright and early this morning to do my ADRs. That was nerve-wracking to say the least. I've booked ADRs before but we never planned a trip more than 3 months out so I've never tried to do anything tricky at 180 days.

I got all the regular ressies I wanted. But I'm frustrated because we still can't book any Fantasmic packages for December. Anyone had any luck booking these over the phone? I'm going to call at 7:00.

Anyway, I got:
Dec 3 - Kouzzina 6:45pm
Dec 4 - Tutto Italia 5:45 (this is my backup for Le Cellier)
Dec 7 - Crystal Palace 8:15am
Dec 8 - Biergarten 6:30pm
Dec 9 - California Grill 7:55pm (with Holiday Wishes at 9:30)
Dec 10 - PrimeTime Cafe 5:10pm
Dec 11 - Jiko 7:15pm

I still need Le Cellier and Rose & Crown. And I can't book the last couple days of our trip yet because of the split stay. But none of those are likely to book up. The big one that's killing me right now is the Fantasmic package. We don't normally do the dinner package; just suck it up and stand in line. But I thought my FIL would really enjoy Brown Derby and it just makes things less stressful.

Ugh - this automated phone system is terrible. For future reference, what's the best way to get straight to a CM? Eventually I said Operator and it put me into the hold queue. Should I have said that right off?

If not at Home Depot, then by Google (or whatever search engine you use). I Googled "Lime Green Mickey Head" and came up with some made by fellow DISers and some images of the LGMH card. So looks like we can still use them.

I only have one in the house (if I can remember where I put it). If I can't find it, I'll copy and save the image from Google and print out one for our trip

I told DH about it this morning and he looked at me with surprise and asked me if I'm going to wear one, LOL. I told him that I'm not "wearing" it. It gets laminated and put on my hip pouch/fanny pack
