Hello,

We are planning a family trip in December and have a few questions:
1. Would you recommend going the 1st or 2nd week of December?

2. If Disney offers a free dining plan in December, when do you think they will post that as a special on their website?

3. If we go ahead and book our trip on Disney's website now and Disney offers a special discount after the trip has been booked, can we still get the special offer?

4. Is Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge a good option for a family with a 3 yr old and 1 yr old?

1. Go the first week. (I'm going the second week... )
2. FD in Dec will go out as a pin first, and hints are that they'll start hitting on 13 July.
3. If all the allocated slots haven't yet been taken, they usually allow you to add it, as long as you're not already on a discounted rate.
4. Fort Wilderness is the campground. Wilderness Lodge is the hotel. I'm thinking you're thinking WL, not FW. I like WL for youngsters; ask for a room with the bunk beds and put the 1 yr old on the lower level, the 3 yr old in the upper. It has a nice pool, boat access to the MK, and fun places to eat. There's also the Neverland Club, a great place to drop off the kids if you and your SO want to go do some adult things (or do childish things, but without the kids).
