Emma, I loved your comparisons with France and Epcot France. I agree with AmandaSparks, it would be so cool if Disney added Notre Dame. I wonder if they have any room for it?

You know, I was just digging through some guide books and read that they considered it for Italy in Epcot, but it proved to be too costly, so they scrapped that idea - the gondolas tied up at the dock in front of Italy were designed to be part of that attraction. Too bad we can't just go out on the lagoon in them!

Aw that's too bad! I think that would be neat if they allowed the gondolas to go out into the lagoon.

I'm looking forward to the return of the Snobbishes! I enjoy your trip reports so much. I am sure I am one of many mom's on here that wish our sons would find a girl as well spoken and family oriented (and Disney-crazy!) as you. Unfortunately, if I recall, you are looking for a nice Catholic boy to settle down with - and while mine are nice (well some of the time ) they are not Catholic, so I guess I won't start my campaign.

Another fantastic trip report! My sister went to Munich quite a few years ago and she brought us back Hofbrauhaus t-shirts! I don't remember where I put mine, but it's around here somewhere! She also visited the same Castle (I'm not even going to attempt the spelling). It's so beautiful! My sister is a pretty adventurous eater, but not so much in Munich. She said she survived on pretzels and beer!

I'm sad that your wonderful trip report is over. I loved how you compared Venice, France, and Germany to Epcot. All of your pictures were stunning. And I can't wait until you are able to start your next report. As for ideas to the name, maybe something with the word Summer in it.

Holy Cow!!!!! Wow!! I am so glad that you said "I had tears in my eyes"..because being the princess sap that I am...started to cry when I saw the castle!!! I have always wanted to go there too! I always wanted to do London, of course, but as I have gotten older-the dream has really shifted to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland!! But, I would stick with just Germany if I had to pick just one!! I am a castle lover...so what better place to go? I have dearly loved reading your TR..can't wait for the next one....and yes, I love your avatar! Belle became one of my favorites because she too is just a bookworm!

Another terrific report Emma!! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the EPCOT comparisons and the castle pictures (a friend just got back from Germany and had some castle pics too! It's such a beautiful place). Looking forward to the next adventure! Finally booked the airfare for our next adventure in September(after 2 Years and my boys asking EVERY day when our next trip is!! I may have created two more Disney snobs!). Enjoy your summer and thanks for taking us with you!!
