December 2007...who's going?

We just booked Dec. 17 - 21 at Pop! Can't wait!

As per my sig, we'll be there : First visit in December, first stay at a deluxe (only our second stay onsite), and thus our first stay at the Contemporary.

Now all I need is a little pixie dust to help Guest Services find a fifth night for me on my (expired) PIN code. Otherwise, it's four nights, 3 full days, 2 half days on either end, and a late flight back to Buffalo....

This is our first visit during the holiday season. We've been 3 times in the past 2 years, and each visit still feels like the first time. We're staying at Saratoga from the 1st through the 8th, and am really glad that we're pulling the kids out of school.

Hey, I got my pixie dust...mostly. I had to drop down from a concierge class deluxe room to a garden wing/garden view, but I got my extra night on the PIN code (and less of a 'hit' overall because of the cheaper room.) Also had no problem adding a night to my aunt's rack rate ressie, nor to switching our outbound flight.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I get to go in Dec. My DM said yesterday that she was thinking about us (myself, DD and DM) going in early December . Myself and DD just got annual passes when we were there last month. We are definitely going in March but I'm hoping for this extra trip. It will be our first time during the holiday season and I can't wait to see the decorations. We've been quite a few times during the Halloween season but never during the Christmas season.

To all of you December first timers, CONGRATULATIONS!! You are truly going IMHO during the best time of the year. We were there last year in Dec, and this year in April. We loved the December trip and the April trip left us wanting a little more. We will be there this year Dec 9-15!!

We are planning on doing the Candlelight Processional on Tuesday Dec 11. Unfortunately, Le Cellier is full and we couldn't get an ADR for supper there. Back to the drawing board! Any suggestions? Tuesday is our EPCOT day, for our short stay it was the only option. We don't have Park Hopper tickets, we got No Expire option instead, to use on our next trip.

Can't wait! It'll be our first time to see Disney during the holidays! It's also only our 2nd trip to WDW, but our first without kid!

Posted awhile ago but things have changed. We are still going Dec 1-9, but now we are staying at CSR. Still crossing fingers for a discount to possibly move to Poly...though no rooms seem to be available...or AKL.
