Does anyone know if concierge rooms are included in this discount package?

For what it is worth I was able to get the Visa code for pop. My dates are 12/14 to 12/22 8 nights at pop with 9 day PH ticket for 2 adults total is $981. I think this is an awesome deal.

Cool, that is a great deal and also good to hear. At least I know it is not a 100% no chance thing for pop.

As for Fort Wilderness, I don't know. Have never heard of anyone using it for there. But anything is worth a try. It doesn't cost anything to ask.

When I tried to upgrade to a deluxe...for which they didn't have anything... ...one of the other options was fort wilderness cabins and saratoga springs. So if you are using a cabin, I think you should be alright.

they told me I had to change my ressie for this. I just changed to All Star Sports.. Has anyone else been able to get the Visa code for Pop??

When I tried to upgrade to a deluxe...for which they didn't have anything... ...one of the other options was fort wilderness cabins and saratoga springs. So if you are using a cabin, I think you should be alright.

No we are staying in a camper. This is why I keep asking the question all over the board!!! We are not getting the dining plan (my daughter has many food allergies...I know Disney will work with us, it is just to much hassle) We plan to cook at the campground and pack sandwiches. I was just hoping that I could get a discount to save the expense of the 2 character dinners we have booked!

I think some extra disney magic pixie dust was sprinked on your reservation...I currently have 7 nights at POP with 8 day park hopper+water parks and DDP for 2 adults and 1 child and the cost is $2400 (no discount)...I called today to apply a VISA discount, no POP, but CSR, everything else same as above and was still $2528. I know DDP is an extra $800 but, WOW, I like your discount better. Park hopper tickets for 8 days for 2 adults is over $600. Your room is only $381 for 8 nights. Again WOW!!!

WOW I didnt realize it was that good a deal! I know when I called they told me most everything was booked for october and part of november. Being that I was coming in at the end of the promotion I guess I got lucky geting POP.

few questions:

1. Can you upgrade tix to park hopper?
2. Can you add dining plan to that?
3. Is this better than general public deals offered?
4. How much does it cost to hold the ressie?

That's what I thought, too, but apparently the Visa code is avail. mid Oct-12/23. I'd get on the phone and give it a shot. The choices were slim, but here's some for you! Good luck!!! Let us know what happens!

Hey, that pixiedust worked. I called numerous times last night to no avail, they only had BC and BW available for a party of 5. So, of coarse I called back this morning, just to check. Nothing was available, so with the the help of the fantastic CM Ferris: I decided to book POR @ full price and check thursday to see if a code could be applied. Don't you know, when I'm giving him my party's information, he discovers a code attached to my sister's name. So about 20 min later, and many different attemps, he finds me a room a POR. It's only saving me $80, but that's more spending money, plus it's a water view. So thanks everyone, without these boards I doubt I would have called.

Wow! I got the PIN code. BUt my dates are blacked out. Should I call for WL anyway? We already have airfare. Wonder what it would cost to change it.

For our time period in December 14-22 all they had left was standard at POR and Animal Kingdom. We are currently at WL (courtyard) with AAA and that would be a savings of almost $700.00. Oh what to do, what to do?????
We decided to stay put.

I called this morning, and got a rate for POR, I was at POFQ, but it was to good a deal to pass up. Got the resort for 118.13 a night, I ended up saving $154.35. WooHooo. Going to keep calling to see if I can get back into POFQ

I would think that you probably can add all of the upgrades, but just need to stay in the same resort category you have booked. The deposit is usually $2oo/room.

YES!!! call! I am going that same week (we are there 12/1 to 12/5) I thought we were blacked out, but figured it was worth a shot. THey didn't have anything at WL, which is where we are booked, we considered switching, but we need 2 rooms, and it just wasn't working. Let me know how it works out for you....I'm gonna try again tomorrow with the gen. code...If I can't get the disc. at WL and they have 2 disc. rooms at Poly, we'll switch there. I'll let you know, and maybe you can grab one of the WL rooms.

The AP discounts are out. I checked the internet at 7:20 this morning and there was nothing but I got to the office at 8:30 and there they were. However, I'm royally ######! They are not letting me use the discount for the entire stay AND they are charging the full price for the 23rd which is the last day of the discount so it should still be at the lower price. Basically, I can stay at AKL Savannah view from the 22nd to the 26th of December for $255.00 the first night and then $435.00/night the rest of the trip. I didn't think they were implementing this change until the first of the year. I have a funny feeling the days of our frequent trips to WDW are over.

Regarding the new room rates on the 23rd - I also thought that didn't start until January 2008.

No luck. They only offered a family suite at ASMu (I'm alone so no way), POR for 236.26, we had an awful visit there in April so that's a no-go or a 2 bedroom suite at GF for nearly $3000. If I win lotto I'll take them up on that one.

I don't know what I did, but I did it.
Just called again and this time Poly was available for $400.00 more for our 8 night stay, I just dove right on in. So instead of saving money I spent more.
My sweet DH said it is okay cause this is going to be special and its okay...ahhh.

They are charging more for the last night and I asked why because I thought it started in 2008 and she said that was only with package deals
