Woohoo!

I am staying up tonight to book excursions tonight and will do online checkin tomorrow for our 4-night, and then Thursday night I will book stuff for our 3-night of the b2b. I'm looking forward to Palo and Remy on this trip!

I might actually get to do high tea for once in December since there are 3 sea days! If not, I should get it on the TA if we can swing it.

I've been offered an early retirement package at work...and I'm taking it!

So now, THIS CRUISE is turning into a December/Holiday/Florida adventure. Need to maximize the cost of the airfare so I may be hanging out there for a while. Friends are 'doing' WDW the week before this cruise, so I'll head down early to play with them for a day or two and then I get to stay through Christmas with my pal Monica! .....or through New Years....or for the rest of the winter.....

Wow, congratulations! Hope you have a great time! We are staying at WDW for a few days and had hoped to spend Christmas with my oldest and dearest friend. He is moving back home, so that won't be happening now.

Good for you ibouncetoo!!! You are going to ENJOY retirement!!! I am only semi-retired at this time but it was the greatest thing I did. The 3 days I do work go by sooooooooooo fast I hardly notice them. Again CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I hear there is a secret room opposite room 6508 that you could hang out in and have the MAN club meeting. You need to stay about 2 hours though.

Should you choose that room, I know the wives would let you go, if you promise to swipe your room cards a few times while you are there.

Not sure - do you have any suggestions??? I had thought about maybe the Irish Pub on board the Fantasy. If we do go there I may have to hit the ol' hard stuff and order a double sassparilla!!! It'll kick ya in the pants!!! "Hey bar keep - make that two - one for my good buddy here Kevin!!"

Thanks for the congrats on the retirement. I will be looking at some additional income generating activity...especially for the 18 months I'll probably be buying COBRA before medicare kicks in! If I could stand the humidity, I'd be heading to FL for part time work for DCL so I could grab up the occasional cast member discount on cruises!

Holy cow! I went to look for our thread and it was on page 4! I have never had to look for it like that before!!!

Today has been a beautiful spring-like day! It is almost 80 degrees and we went and spent a few hours at a park. The girls are SO tired! I got some much needed vitamin D!

Tonight I get to make our Remy and Palo reservations for the 3-night portion of our b2b in May. Woohoo!

Ok..........so DW and I were seating on the couch this morning having our coffee and watching one of the old Roseanna reruns on some odd cable channel. Roseanna starts talking about how a good man just never "happens", he has to be shaped and molded by his wife. She first has to peel off the damage his mother did - then peel off that motcho man stuff he gets from hanging around his good - for - nothing buddies. Then the wife has something in front of her she can work with and shape into something useful. Well........I'm sitting there laughing my fool head off and I look over to DW and her eyes are glazed over. I can just see the ol' wheels inside there turning and it ain't looking good for me. She is thinking how she could start shaping and molding me into something!!! So I hurry up and change the channel..................but you know...............I think the damage had already been done. That glazed look didn't leave her for a couple of minutes after word.

Uuuhhmmmmmmmmmmmm Mr. President, Kevin Sir, do you have any experience with this? Do you have any ideas what I can do to save myself from something horrible happening to me!!! I got to tell you..........I am afraid..........very afraid!!! I can see this thing getting outa hand..............and spreading across America!!!!
