Kevin this Hen Peckers Club is growing way too fast. We are falling way behind in members!!! How can we inlist some new recruits?? We gots to increase our ranks...........and FAST!!! What should we do.................we faithful followers of our President.............our leader..........the one who takes the blame for all things men do!!! What are we to do???

Oh no, I don't think the Oohh La La club would be a good place for usn' men to be seen. What do you thing Kevin - Sir - Mr President??? If the Hen Peckers Club go there, we should stay clear of THAT place. I await your ruling Mr President!!!

I hate to say this but I think it is time. Need to send out the superduper secret emergency signal call to all Men...............I know but we do not have any choice.

I was able to get Our BLT for Oct. switched over to Kidani today! That made me happy. I'm still not sure what we are doing post-cruise, so we may or may not stay on property. The big benefit was spending part of Christmas with a dear friend. Now that he is moving back this way, we are up in the air about what to do. No biggie!

Sorry about the snow. It is SO not my fave...mainly because here we have snow that becomes ice on the streets! At least now we live on a street that is usually not shaded so it clears easier than other places we have lived.

I'll be off for a girls' weekend in Hot Springs, AR, so I won't be on until Sunday night or Monday. This momma needs a couple of days away!

A little better. More concerned about dd10 right now.
Thinking of using the late start from snow as a good excuse to just stay home from co-op today.

You...............you don't mean the SUPER superduper secret emergency signal.................do you Kev. The one we have never used in a hundred years or more...........do you??? (Not sure if the thing even works or not.............last time I talked to Hank the caretaker, down the basement not too far from the dungeon, he says the bulb burned out years ago!!! So sorry to hear ya'll are having that white stuff fall outa the sky on you. Be careful driving on that stuff. I don't think I could do it any more. Haven't had to drive on snow since.................cheeesh I can't remember when the last time was. Seems like DW and I have been here in the ol' Sunshine State forever!!! As I said you and your DW be careful driving out there!!! (Maybe, you could retire early and you and your family head on down here to Florida!!!)

I just don't if they will just be writing about the christening as it is happening, or there will be an actual video feed you can watch. Does anyone know???

I guess HappyGoofy - Charlotte and her DH are going over to the port on March 6th to watch the Fantasy sail into port. Sure wish DW and I could, but it is a work day for her, and I'm not allowed to venture too far from home by myself.

On a cruising note................is anyone going to follow the Fantasy's christening on Twitter? I guess you don't have to have an account to follow. I just don't if they will just be writing about the christening as it is happening, or there will be an actual video feed you can watch. Does anyone know???

I guess HappyGoofy - Charlotte and her DH are going over to the port on March 6th to watch the Fantasy sail into port. Sure wish DW and I could, but it is a work day for her, and I'm not allowed to venture too far from home by myself.

Yes, DW and I enjoyed watching the Dream Christening as well. We are disappointed that Disney did not offer a live feed. Wonder why they decided not to offer a live feed. I read that Mariah Carey is the Godmother of the Fantasy. Didn't know if everyone had heard.

I heard that Mariah was there only for a short time- she had a concert to go to and did not go outside to christen the ship because she did not want to get her hair messed up. Minnie did the champagne bottle part. So maybe we can consider Minnie the godmother.

We went to Jetty Park yesterday and the ship is scheduled to come in between 4-6 AM- That is sooooooooooooo early. There has not been a lot of publicity about it. When the Dream came in that was all you heard about for weeks and cars were lined up from 2 am waiting to get into the park.
Since I am dealing with a lot of health issues right now I will have to see if I am up to doing it. Its too bad they will not let you in the night before. We could get a few hours sleep in the car and be there, but they won't do that.
Will let you know what happens. I am planning on going if I can.

We went to Jetty Park yesterday and the ship is scheduled to come in between 4-6 AM- That is sooooooooooooo early. There has not been a lot of publicity about it. When the Dream came in that was all you heard about for weeks and cars were lined up from 2 am waiting to get into the park. .

I plan to be there...was there for the Dream, but last year Fishlips was open for breakfast, so we got to hang out there. We'll be probably going through a drive through somewhere then camping out.

I will have to work that day too.

Home resting today. Since schooling must still happen even when Mama is not feeling well, (dd is also not 100%) we are fixing some serious deficiencies in her education.

Somehow being the third child (and following 30 plus foster kids over the years) we missed part of her Disney education/ indoctrination and she still loves Disney anyway!!

So we are officially studying the Art of Animation and watching, in order of original release dates, those Disney films she has not seen.

Yesterday that included:
Sleeping Beauty- an oversight we have no clue how it happened
Alice in Wonderland because she got one pick (she didn't like it as it had no real story and was too silly, matching her parents feelings)

Up next are:
Sword in the Stone
The Jungle Book
Bedknobs and Broomsticks
The Rescuers
Oliver and Company
The Rescuers Down Under
All the Alladin movies
All the Lion King
All the Pocahontas

Seems she does not hit anything newer until Princess and the Frog unless it was Pixar related.

We know how this happened, there is an 8 year gap between ds and dd. She was into the Princess and Fairy movies.

Thankfully our VCR still works and I still have working VCR tapes accumulated from the rest of the kids. All those Fridays we had movie night and bought the video instead of going to the movie theatre are paying off now.

Fixing this lack is the perfect thing for a sick day.

And the Fox and the Hound............and you didn't mention Flubber - the original one with Fred MacMurry - Oh, oh, oh, oh, how about the Shaggy Dog, you didn't mention that one either!!! I LOVE MOVIE NIGHT!!!! You did say we can stay up late didn't you!!!! I'll bring my sleeping bag, I love sleep overs!!!!

I guess here in the next week or two we are going to take our granddaghter shopping for cruise clothes. She needs all new ones. She is looking forward to picking out her dress for formal night. She has grown so much since the last time she went with us. On the cruise I will be the one that looks like a prune from riding the Aqua Duck so many times with her!!!

Good luck with cruise shopping with your granddaughter. I have a 10 and a 7 year old. The 10 is miss fussy and of course we have different ideas. My daughter tells me its a "generation" thing. The 7 year old love glitzy things. My grandson who will be 7 could care less what he is wearing.
