no we havent Michele and it is driving me nutty! I called at 3pm this afternoon and they said that LabOne takes forever and they will call me as soon as the results are back. It is nerve racking I tell ya, even though we both believe now that it is nothing, just the cyst.... thanks for asking!!

I have cruise fever I tell ya, mil was on here reading about the 2010 sailings, she wants to do the Christmas one now, I think things are a bit too scary with the economy to plan that far out...

Lucinda after you cruise once, IT GETS WORSE!!! We were hooked after our first one, now we cruise every other year. IT TAKES THAT LONG TO SAVE UP TO PAY FOR THE CRUISE. Your right though with the way the economy is going, things could get REAL TIGHT.

I believe what you say about wanting to go every year or so, I came home on the plane planning our WDW trip in Dec 2006, little did I know it would get pared down and a cruise added!

Lucinda after you cruise once, IT GETS WORSE!!! We were hooked after our first one, now we cruise every other year. IT TAKES THAT LONG TO SAVE UP TO PAY FOR THE CRUISE. Your right though with the way the economy is going, things could get REAL TIGHT.

That is what we do too. I think I have DH convince to do Europe! I wanted to do the Med cruise last year but it was just too soon after the last cruise to save. This will give us a whole year and a half and I soooo want to go to Germany!

Maybe I can stand MIL for 12 days if she wants to take me to Europe on DCL!

Well my mil wont be taking us, she wants us to take her on one and is eyeballing Christmas 2010 pretty heavy. I told her we will just wait and see...I am so excited if you get to go Andrea!!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. My soon to be wife and i will be on this cruise celebrating our honeymoon (we get married the weekend before at wdw). This will be our first cruise for both of us and we cant wait! We started booking some activities and what not for the ship but it seems like maybe we wont have enough stuff to do. Anyway, im sure we will see everyone soon enough

I finally had a chance to look at the spreadsheets and they are awesome. The cruise info is great. Its so nice to see the schedule in one place rather than the dining rotation on one thread, formal night on another, and arrival and departure times on a third.

Could this mean upgrades?

I noticed this the other day. I was also thinking maybe Florida residence Discounts to try and fill the ship!! I will keep watching.

I am sure we'd all love the free upgrade...this is completely random and completely at DCL's discretion. If it happens to you, your TA usually finds out and lets you know. If you don't have a TA, DCL may contact you, or I have heard that some don't find out until they're at the terminal checking in and find their stateroom has changed.

You can request an upgrade at that same time (when checking in at the terminal) but you do pay... I have heard that sometimes it isn't very much (relatively) and worth getting that balcony or whatever.

I don't think you can request anything now, or before checking in without having to pay the full difference at today's rate tier.

Anyone had any experience with upgrades?
