My family and I might start planning a trip to WDW from December 11th to 19th. When can I expect AP rates to come out for this time?

How fast does MVMCP advanced tickets sell out?

thanks,

I actually posted almost this same question a few weeks ago. From what I heard not all the nights sell out- for the most part the main nights that do are ones on weekends (fri, sat). Most people replied that they bought tickets when the got there - and that the only reason they bought them in advance (other than it being on a weekend) was just to have them. If you have a really tight schedule planned I say buy them a few weeks before you go down there but if you don't care what night you go, you can most likely wait. (they are non refundable so that might make a difference)

I had to buy them and make PS for LTT. I just couldn't wait any longer!:)

We went this past Dec. 10th to 18th. We did MVMCP 2x and had a fantastic time on both occassions. The parade is unbelievable. If you want to go on a Fri or Sat night, you need to buy tickets a couple months in advance to be safe--those sell out. I don't think the week nights sold out last year. Hope this helps and have fun. Remember to take warm clothes we had an uncharacteristically cold week and both party nights it was in the 30s by the time we left.

Thanks for the info about the MVMCP. We were wondering if it was really cold at that time of year.

Now hopefully the AP rates will come out soon.

Another few questions about this time of the year.

1.) What is the operating times for each of the theme parks?

MK?
EPCOT?
AK?
MGM?

When do they open and when do they close?

2.) And my last question: Do they have the Extra Magic Hours for early entry during this time of the year?

thanks,

I wish I could answer that question, but I can't. We go every year (one of ) the first 2 weeks of Dec. There are times when it is warm during the daytime (low 80's) and nice in the evening (70ish). And then there are times when it is just plain cold-it has been as low as 25 degrees. We always pack to dress in layers and always have some warm winter clothes (gloves, hats, long unnderwear) just in case. Nothing worse that sitting there trying to enjoy the CP and be freezing.
