OK, just finished reading the whole thread!

We've (DH & I) have cruised DCL before. It's David's first time. At 18 he will be able to go in the adult areas, but he cannot order alcohol.

OK, go take a look and make sure the info is correct. Would you like to have me include a Family Last Name?

Glad to have your family on the FE. Thanks for your message! I have done the entry and need you to take a look to make sure "everything" is correct.

Basically I have seen that most of the FE lists close about 30 days ahead of the cruise. That is going to be cutting it really tight for you. Can you make it if it closes 11/11/11. Wow, that is one of those lucky numbers happening this year!

Pirate costumes done, formal and semi formal done, working on fe gifts. Working on door. As soon as my new sewing machine arrives I will finish my fish extender. Still waiting for stateroom ( beginning to feel like an orphan) number. Decided this is going to be a very restful vacation. Heather definitely needs a quiet lazy time; I look forward to just enjoying the sea and of course Jackson has to have quiet time even if he is 2 going on 10.

Nope, don't really like Mexico (and I made that decision many years ago). We are taking our youngest on his first DCL cruise. We took the 2 older "kids" on the October one. We had to wait for winter break to be able to take the youngest.

Another plus: this cruise makes DH & I gold in Castaway Club.

Cherry Ripes are chocolate covered cherries with coconut in a slice type of thing. They are thin-ish, thinner than Mars Bars, but so yummy. I'm taking some to family over there as well (and vegemite) and thought that they'd make great treats in the FE.

We get aussie chocolates (bountys, turkish delights, etc) from Cost Plus World Market - they're all over (the have vegemite too) and have food from different countries and a huge candy selection. That said, I think most people dont shop there (not a standard grocery store) and would appreciate the cherry ripes!

I know there are a few more MR cruises before ours, so i'm planning on going by their Navigators to find out the days and times for the Mixology classes and whenever I find them out, i'll post them. Cheers!
