will be going on this cruise followed by a week at the beach club villas. myself,wife and 2 months shy of 13 daughter.

Welcome!!! As you can tell we are really excited. We have bracelets to identify ourselves and I have plenty. I will be more than happy to send you some for your family if you will PM me your address and how many you need. If your daughter is willing to be with an 11 year old, Christie is very outgoing. She is not over the top but alot of fun. I think so anyway and Im 38!! We look forward to meeting yall. Have you read all of our thread?

so far we have 17 kids participating,so i remove my 3 and that is 14 for me to buy for so far.

Is anyone else thinking about wrapping up the gifts, i think i will especially for the little ones, they should get a kick out of it.

How do we drop off the gifts, do we want to drop them off outside the door, should we meet in my suite and party? For Like an hour what do you all think,

should it be a suprise left out side the room for the kids, should we do it on various days so each day the kids get something, i am full of questions.

or should we deliver them at night when the kids are in bed, we will have each others state rooms so we can call or maybe some of us can pick up and drop off on certain days.

Kristen - I guess you already know your man got married last week? Also on the list of cruisers, if you dont mind and have time, can you take off 1sttimecruiser and add beachclubber1952? I hope your week is going better.

Shawn - Am I on the right page with my idea for the goodys for the children? I am so glad I was a step ahead on that one. I still havent found what I consider the perfect gift for everyone. I had pondered the thought of a Memphis Christmas ornament until I figured out everyone doesnt celebrate. I will come up with something. I just like to be unique.

Andrea - Is everything ok on the homefront? I started going though some of my stuff and I have so many things for the door it isnt even funny. I forgot about the poster Christie had made. We might not have the best but I have to use what she made!!!! Then we have our bought stuff.

Nancy - I mailed out your bracelets yesterday. Let me know when you get them. Sorry it took so long.

I bought my fish extender yesterday. Its not very original but sooooo me.Its a stocking.Its deep burgundy red with like brown mink on the top. I may put my dis name on it and maybe a ship. I just dont know. I also found one for Mrs. New Mexico. It had red hot chili peppers on it.

My cant wait to put up the tree daughter, put hers up yesterday. It is tinsel green prelit. Only four feet tall.

Howard missed two big bucks this weekend. He was a little upset but he will get over it.

It is storming in Memphis tonight.

Hey, i was just reading another thread where they talked about shipping boxes ahead of time, is anyone here doing that, i was thinking aobut it, then i would not need to stop and buy water and carry the kids (your kids) stuff, if i shipped it, it could all be there.......... anyone doing this?

I'm shipping a box ahead of time, but to the resort for our stay after the cruise. Because we own DVC, we tend to travel with some things, such a coffee that we don't want to take on the ship.

Not sure who they will be from, maybe the ------- family from IL or whatever, i will leave it to each family to decide how to do this, my understanding is
1 magnet for the door of the families who will be participating, i have a total of 7 so far,

Well, thanks but i don't think that is really fair to you since you don't have kids, but i will leave it up to you but please don't feel obligated.
I will be sending out the master lists the sat after thanksgiving, for all to look over as people will be leaving the following week.
