I am so excited! I just found out I get to upgrade to a cat. 6 on the cruise. My parent's want to upgrade their cabin and feel guilty, so they are going to upgrade all of us...pretty amazing. Don't get me wrong - I was thrilled to be in the Cat. 11 we are in now. Just to be Disney cruising is going to be so much fun. This is just the icing on the cake. Speaking of cake, my 5 yrear old turns 6 today, so I am going to splurge on a piece of b-day cake now
I don't know about any of you, but I am determined to be in much better shape by December.
DH and I (early twenties) will be joining you.
This is my second DCL Cruise and DH first cruise ever. We also may be spending a week at POR before the Cruise.
I'm surprised that there aren't more people on the December 10th. I looked into possibly upgrading a couple of categories but it seems like there are no bargains, even a cat 11 which is what we have now would cost about $400 more than we paid.
I know! We just booked another cabin for my cousin and her family - their 4 day cruise cost as much as our land/sea combination. The only hope they have is that they are FL residents, so there may be some hope that they can get a FL resident rate closer to Dec.
We're also cruising on 12/10 with the rest of the trouble-makers (aka our family) We booked back in October of last year, and are hoping for a Florida resident rate. You know we love those onboard credits! Just for fun we clicked on the website to see what it would cost us now...talk about sticker shock...$700.00 difference. I guess Disney is right about one thing....book it early!
This will be our first Disney cruise with our DD (she's 4), so we can't wait to see her face when she realizes she's on a boat with the all the characters
Talk about relaxing...DH, DFIL, DBIL of golfing, DD having a blast at Oceaneer Club...leaves DMIL & me in the spa!!!!!
We've got a double and a single cat 11 booked. It was booked back in December. If I were to book the two cabins now, just the double would cost nearly what both cabins together had cost in December.
i guess the closer to the cruise the more it costs, which is backeards, you would think they would be trying to fill up the cabins and offer cheaper rates, my sis booked with dreams unlimited and got a decent rate she booked a cat 7 or 8 in JAnuary,

We'll be celebrating my niece's Sweet 16, this cruise is her BD surprise! We'll start out the trip on 12/7 at BWV. So if you see a bratty teen wearing a rhinestone tiara running around wish Kelly a happy Sweet 16! party :
This will be mine and DD's 4th cruise. We look forward to meeting up with you guys, maybe we should plan to meet at the sail away party??
Hi Everyone! We're still here too! No kids still in our group, but still looking forward to some fun. It's our first DCL, and my first cruise with my sister, so I'm really excited! We made these reservations back in Spring 2005, so it's hard to believe the cruise is finally less than a year away.
