Woohoo!!!I didnt realize that San Juan was a different port than the normal Eastern Caribbean.
I just went to look at DCL and November 3rd is the first one for the Fantasy. We are the 3rd one to go there.
Yes, I think the first one going to San Juan is not till November. My memory served me correct.
Going to be fun.
I'm glad DCL (finally) added a new port. When we learned about this alternate itinerary, we booked it.

Me too! We did a B2B the last cruise and I only got off in Nassau to take pictures of the ship and right back on. I loved exploring the ship. THAT is my vacation. I probably wont venture out at the other ports (except Castaway Cay. That one I am definitely going to!)
Oh well. I am quite content on staying on the ship.
I guess I am so scared of the ship leaving us I dont want to chance getting lost.
. But if you don't see me when the ship lea es you know what happened.
Is anyone going to eat at any of the restaurants at Port Canaveral? We went to this one place, I cant remember what the name of it was, and it was sooooo good! I want to say it was Fish Lips but I'm not sure if I would eat there due to the name LOL They had boat docks in the back and you could see the ships. I want to be there around 4 to see the ships leave. I wonder if another Disney ship will sale out the evening before ours. I'd LOVE to send another Disney ship off!
The Dream sails out on the 29th. If you are on FL you could see the ship then. They also have that park that people watch the ships sail out of Gettery park I think it is called. I am sure I spelled wrong. That is ere the people gathered to watch the Fantasy come into port for the first time.
I love that idea watching one of them sail out.
Oh well. I will wave the others out LOL 
Watched the Fantasy leave Port Canaveral today! Cant wait!

my cousin and I have both been on 3 cruises but this will be our first on Disney! We are afraid that no other cruise will ever compare with this one! Yes we are so excited about all of the christmas decorations!!! We will be continuing on after the cruise to Disney to see all of the decorations there as well so it will be a true Christmas experience! . Can hardly wait to board that ship!!! Where abouts in MA are you? We're in Wareham (by the Bourne bridge/Cape Cod).
