Diane, Rick (DH) and Matt (DS6). Room 6633. No reason except that we LOVE cruising.

This will be our third Disney Magic Cruise and we have 20+ overall. YUP - we love cruising. We were scheduled for the 11/26/05 cruise but changed to this one so our son can be with his best buddy from last year's cruise - another Matthew who is the son of Gailyn (Popovich).

Lizardman - you mentioned early on that this is your first cruise and you figure it won't be your last. Count on that!!! Just look at all the other people who are repeat cruisers.

The best tip I can offer to new Disney cruisers (the experienced will know it) is to GO TO THE DIS MEET the first day. What a great oppportunity to find friends for the cruise (and after) but it is also fun to just have a bunch of people to say "hi" to in passing.

AND ... get the kids emailing each other before the cruise. Last year my DS Matt had 3 pen pals. One became his VERY good friend and he had lots of fun with the others too. I see LOTS of kids in the 5-7 range on this cruise. We'll start looking for pen pals a few months before the cruise.

On my first Disney cruise (2003) I didn't go to the meet. It kind of fell apart anyway because we tried to do it during the Sail Away party and it was very cold and windy that day. Our thread that year wasn't anywhere near as friendly as this one or last year's. For our 2004 DIS Meet we met before the Sail Away party and it worked out great.

Hey Jeanna, do you think you might make it to this years dis meet? Or will you be to busy unpacking again to hook up with your fellow cruise friends.

Do I still get to be the dismeet mistress even without Vicki sailing with us? I guess that depends on whether or not we make magnetic door signs for most of our group again. I still have the binder all ready and waiting for sign orders.

Of course it goes without asking that Jeanna will have a special door sign created for her, by us, to commemorate her "magical" birthday.

Oh brother!! I never seem to catch a break with you people, do I?? And I don't think the reason I missed the meet was because I was unpacking. I thought I was making spa reservations. Oh well. YES!! I will be there!!! A pack of wild animals couldn't keep me away this time. Doesn't it count that I made a special trip to the Radisson to meet all of you the night before the cruise???

As for the door sign, I am imagining something poster sized from you guys. Something with a lot of head stones! Just be sure that you make one for my dad, too! After all, I was the BESTEST birthday gift ever!!! I am the gift that keeps on giving.

I think I speak for all of us here, you did such a wonderful job with the last meet (so I heard) that I am officially passing that job onto you for this cruise as well. Should you need an assistant, please let us know and we can vote someone in.

For those of you that missed it, I am celebrating my 30th birthday on this cruise. And, for those of you that don't know John, expect something big from him. That is just his style. You should have seen him on pirate night!!

Thanks for the compliment Jeanna, even if you weren't there to see it live and in person. I guess the meet at the Radisson can count, since Sarah said it could, and you told me that you were busy unpacking and lost all track of time, you were making spa ressies when I was there making mine so neener neener neener.
