Dec UY Add on Question

A few weeks ago I caught a case of Addonitis and we put in for 100 BCV points - well after talking to my DH we decided to stay with 100 points but split between BCV and VWL. I know we will probably be waiting a while (which is fine with us) but for all the add on posts I rarely see a Dec UY add on. Are all the use year's equal in the amount of points allocated or is December the smallest?
