hi
hubby and I both had covid around New Years
here in Canada you couldn’t get a pcr test done ( they kept those for medical staff dr ..nurse ..) nobody could get a pcr done ( don’t get me started find this to be quite stupid

so you had to rely on at home rapid test which we both had positive results
now well over covid and
thinking of cruising in May it will be like at least 120 -125 days since covid any chance we can show still positive ?
anybody had covid this long ago and show positive ?
thanks

If you have fully recovered, the test results should be negative. These tests are not designed to detect prior infection once fully recovered. There is always a chance of a false positive.

I think this is too far outside the range they've noticed a prior infection can still show positive on the sensitive PCR tests. They've said some people up to 90 days can still show, but 120 seems very improbable it'd still show positive.

Omg thanks i thought so too that it was far out so I’d be and hubby ok !
