Tried to get a reservation for Dec 15th (180 days from today) at the Rose & Crown and there was nothing available. Was online at 6am our time which is 8am eastern. Is there really that many people with nothing better to do than get up in the middle of the night to make these ADR's 180 days in advance? :)
The parks aren't even busy on the 15th. Last year we got the R & C ADR we wanted 3-4 months out, not 6 months. I have to assume there are tons of people making just in case ADR's, that will never use them. Very frustrating.

Once you reach 180 Days, you can make your ADR's for your whole stay....they could have filled up a couple days ago already with people whose arrival date is before the 15th.

Ugh, this is not good. This will be our first time staying onsite and my ADR window opens up next wk. I'm already stressed and now it looks like they are making it a total PITA to book ADRs??? I'm having reservations about the DP and staying onsite...

It's just a handful of the really popular places that are a problem. We had our choice of any restaurant at Epcot except for Rose & Crown and Le Cellier. So its not like you can't get a res. at a decent place just certain places. It's frustrating because this will be our 3rd trip in 4 Christmases and we haven't been able to eat at Le Cellier which we really want to try and we really wanted to watch the fireworks on the deck at R & C again, but looks like that could be a problem too.

Our first trip DW we were alittle nieve. We walked up to Le Cellier and asked how long the wait was or if we could make a res. for later in our trip and some really rude guy literally laughed at us and look at me like I had 3 heads. I'm not really sure what they could do differently other than taking VISA numbers with res. at some of these places.

Do you think it could be because several reservations are held for the Candlelight Processional packages? I'm wondering if this might be a problem when I make my ADRs next week.

what i am worried about is the mass flood of people trying to get these reservations once the tables finally open. I have a feeling many of us will be without ressie's for these

I got on the phone early today and got every ADR I wanted for Dec 16-23:worship:SOOOOO happy:love:The CM told me there are no release dates yet for Wishes Dessert party and Candlelight Processional event, so those are still iffy. I went ahead and made an ADR in EPCOT that would give us plenty of time to eat, then walk over to the standby line for CP just in case. I also heard about the lack of open times for some of the smaller EPCOT TS spots like Le Cellier and R&C, so I avoided them. St Angel and Biergarten were fine if that is a help to anyone wanting to do the CP.

I just got an 8:40 reservation for Le Cellier for 5 on Dec 20. My boys have to eat there. It is not the time I wanted, but it is at least a start. I am hoping to book something earlier once the CP packages open up. As we will be on the DXDP 2 credits is not an issue.

It appears Le Cellier didn't have their Dec ADR's loaded into the system until today. There were openings this morning and we scooped one up! R & C still not loaded.
