If you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager on your PC, then take your picture and make a copy and rename it so you don't lose your original. Open up the copy and click on 'Picture' then on 'Resize'. It will allow you to reduce the number of pixels and basically make your picture smaller.

If you want, email it to me and I'll see what I can do. PM me and I'll give you my email addy.

When you are in photobuck look at the top of the picture, the 3rd thing says resize you can pick small it should automatically fix the one in your sig if you change it. Hope this helps

I have booked a few days of nursery reservations, and will probably book more. I still haven't booked my transportation. If anyone can recommend the best (punctual, safe) town car service, let me know!

Since I didn't get in on the lanyards in time, I thought I would post a pic of us so you know what we look like! If anyone else would care to do the same, that would be great! See you guys in less than 2 weeks!!

The handsome teen on the right won't be with us, as he couldn't take a week off from high school. This pic will probably end up on our Christmas cards this year!

Michelle--What a lovely photo of your family! Fantastic. I'll try to post one of use soon. I can never figure out how to resize it so it does not make the thread really wide though

We will be using Tiffanytowncar (along with Barry and family). We have used it them several times in the past and they have always been on time and clean and with drivers who seem safe and are cuteous. They were even really nice the time our flight kept getting delayed and then further delayed and we ended up comming in a little over a day late, on Thanksgiving Day. I am sure showing up at 3:00 on that day had to have messed with someone's dinner plans--but you would have never known it from how they treated us. I sound like a commercial now don't I?

There are precious few photos of all four of us and no one else that have been taken this year--so sorry this is not more of a close up. It was taken at Disney Paris this May and we were (of course) wanting to get the castle in the photo

Are others dressing for pirate night? We got some stuff on clearance after Halloween (for everyone but me), so we are dressing up. I won't be as pirate-like as the rest, but I found something in my closet that will do. I just had everyone try on their outfits and packed them in our packing cubes this morning. It was fun!

I will try to find a decent photo of us to post. Unfortunately, the only photos we get of all of us are generally on vacations, so it will likely be from our DisneyWorld trip in February

Thanks! Maybe next time they will get to come along (when the youngest is out of her climbing & screaming phase!) Don't feel too sorry for them though - we are going to Disneyland for the oldest's birthday in January.
