Dec 4 2013 - 4 nights of Magic from Miami

Yea, both #7 & #9 were available, and it even showed up as "All day" when I clicked it. But it kept saying that it became unavailable as I was checking even though I could see it for 5 minutes. Oh well.

I'll keep trying.

Or you could call. I think my mom may have done that...idk what her outcome over the phone was.

Okay, so as a newbie to the DIS boards, and the concept of FEs...I was curious: doesn't doing them take up a decent part of your cruise? Like going to all the rooms that sign up and making the stuff? Idk I'm not signed up on ours (not sure if I will) I'm just trying to grasp this whole thing. **i have no kids, if that makes a difference**

It took my husband and daughter about an hour to do 20 staterooms on our last cruise. He divided it up by floors and they just walked from deck 2 to deck 7.

It took much longer to create/make/collect all our gifts (months and months).

Jamie - We will be neighbors:cool1: Now we just have to get our kids to meet while there to encourage kids club usage.

My window opened today, and I snagged #7, which is by chance is the great location we had last cruise. All the cabanas are now gone. I think ours and SB 20 were available at midnight. Last cruise (on Dream), there were about 7 available at gold window but not this time on smaller ship. It is certainly the one perk I treat myself to now.

YEAH!!!

How funny we loved number 8 cabana so much we get it every time too! We went out on a limb to try the cabana the first time and loved it so much it's a must do now.

I'll PM you about meeting up as soon as we get there. I think the kids haveing a friend is going to work great.:thumbsup2

Same here, it takes time if your trying to make something personal to give out, but we delivered about 16 on our last cruise and took no more then an hour. Once you do it, you will always want to do it.

Hi all! Just signed up for the FE for this cruise. Really excited about the trip. Can't wait to meet everyone and see the new Magic.

Hi all! Just signed up for the FE for this cruise. Really excited about the trip. This will be the honeymoon portion of our B2B wedding/honeymoon cruises. My fiance Jeanne and I are trying to wrap up all of the plans...and definitely want to join in the FE. Can't wait to meet everyone and see the new Magic.

Congratulations and welcome aboard! Just added you to the first page FE list.:thumbsup2

My husband and I are booked on this cruise (I'm Gold) and we were able to get a Cabana on the family beach! So excited about it!! Not sure if I'm more excited about the Cabana or Key West. :beach:

We are on this sailing too :) Me, dh, dd23, dd12, dd10 and ds10.

Very excited to see the Magic after dry dock! (I'm sailing with just dd10 on the cruise prior to this one as a back to back.)

Would love to sign up for the FE.

We are doing a cabana on the family beach too, forgot if we have number 5 or 6.

Great! Welcome aboard! If you can just provide us your room number, so I can add you to the FE page. It seems like we are all close to each other at the cabanas.:thumbsup2

Hi Everyone - I received an email a couple weeks ago from DCL that they added $100 SR credit to my reservation because I'm Gold CC and this cruise we are all sailing. I'm assuming I still get my $100 OBB credit as well. Just make sure if you're Silver with four cruises or higher levels that you got this e-mail or check with DCL.

I got the email too and called to confirm the "Gold" onboard credit is combinable with the onboard booking onboard credit and they said it is. I was really surprised because it's usually not combinable.

This will be my 4th DCL cruise...should I have gotten this email?

Just cancelled Cabana #19 on Serenity Bay.
Decided we may be taking the grandchildren and that won't work for us.
