Dec 2010 Waitlist - Whose came through?

We called to book at the Tree House Villa's at exactly the 11 month mark at exactly 9:00 am for the first week of December. Everything was already booked!

We "settled" for a 2BR at SSR and asked to be wait listed. Our wait list came through about 6 weeks later. I'm guessing that a lot of people were walking their SSR THV reservations for later in the month.

Any other Dec WL come through yet? I'm just wondering if any are moving.

I'm still waiting for mine...not much hope though. I on the WL for the entire week at BCV for a 2BR.

I am on a waitlist for a studio 12/4 - AKL - Kidani - Savannah view one night and 12/9 - WLV - studio one night.

Waiting 2 weeks - keeping everything crossed!

Been on the WL since May for a 2BR, Kidani for 1 night (12/21). Will cancel it soon if it doesn't come through since I have to use points for other things. If I cancel the WL, I'm also cancelling other nights (we have back ups reserved).

I'll post my nights here if I cancel our other dates so hopefully someone on DIS can snatch it up (or get it thru the WL)

We have a Studio, Standard View, booked for Kidani - 11/30 - 12/5.

I am on a WL for a Savanah view for those nights, but I'm not holding my breath or sweating it. We've never been to the World at Christmas and we've never been to AKL. So while I would love to have a Savanah room, I will just have to go back some other time.

We have reservations in a 1 bedroom at VWL for December 21st and 22nd and are waitlisted for a 1 bedroom at BLT in both lake view and Magic Kingdom view.

Our waitlist for 12/09 for AKV CL came through a few weeks ago.

We got very lucky at 7 months for VWL. I called and was easily able to book 1 BR. The CM I spoke to was very surprised - she said I really had my pick of anywhere to stay with the exception of BLT.

We'll be at Disney from 12/20 - 1/3. 12/20 - 12/23 @ OKW, 12/23 - 12/28 @ VWL and 12/28 - 1/3 @ SSR - yes by choce we LOVE SSR!

We got everything we wanted with no problem... even got all dining reservations we wanted. Somebody poured on the pixie dust for us!

I had booked SSR 1 bed Dec 20th - 24th WL BW standard view 1 - bed room. Came through about 4 days in.. Probably a walker

Figured I'd dredge this up again since I've decided that my sanity is worthless and decided to WL for a 1bd LV at BLT for 12/18-12/21. I know it wouldn't come through for our entire trip so decided I would try for a split stay and will be keeping my 2 bedroom at OKW from 21-26. So now I am obsessivly looking at the website to see if it comes through. Really wanted to try for a 2bd at VWL but figured I'd actually have better luck at BLT.

I have a standard studio at AKV Jambo December 14 to 17. I'll be solo and thought I would try for a BLT studio, SV or LV. Still waiting.

Anyone have any luck, or should I say Pixie Dust? I am still waiting and calling once or twice a week to see what is available. I am happy we got lucky and got a 2bd at OKW HH area but its so frustrating when I call to check and I am told that our first night is the only day available. Especially when our first night was the ONLY night not available when I called at 7 months to get BLT. Then silly me added a waitlist for HH area at OKW and when that came through like 2 weeks later my BLT got canceled. Oh well. We will be at WDW and we will be happy!

Well, there's one less person on the BCV Waitlist for a 2BR for 12/4 - 12/11. We decided to cancel our waitlist because we're sharing a tree and things would get too complicated if our waitlist came through. Not a big deal for us since we're planning on staying at BCV in Oct 2011. We added on at BCV so we have the 11 month booking window. Of course, we added on AFTER we needed to make ressies for this Dec.

I had a 12/12 WL come through for an AKV - Jambo House - SV Studio a few days ago. Now I am currently waiting for 12/8 - 12/10.

I was planning a trip for Dec 8-15. Couldn't get the 8th or 9th when I finally got around to calling MS so I wait-listed them and booked a studio for Dec 10-17 at SSR since that was all that was available. The wait-list came through this week for the the 8th & 9th so I will be cancelling the 16th & 17th. I may try to wait-list for a different resort. One of these days I'll start planning further out.

We are waitlisted for 2 studios at OKW for Dec. 1-3rd... We already have Nov. 28-Dec.1, but just decided to extend our trip. When I called at 9am this morning there were NO studios available! UGH

I sure would like to see some movement on the waitlists. However, people have been recently able to get into SSR for Christmas, so there's room for people who are still making plans!

I am booked at BLT for our first night Dec 4th and then will be at AKV Kidani Dec 5-11th.

I've been waitlisted for a 1BR LV at BLT for Dec 5-8 since BEFORE the 7 month window opened up. I actually have two waitlists -- one for Dec 5th only (would be happy with two days at BLT) and then the other for Dec 5-8th. My BLT add-on came too late for the 11 month window.

I know my waitlist still has not come through for Dec 18-21 in a 1bd lv. I call about once a week or less to see about availabilty anywhere for either the 18-21 or the 22-26th so we can do a split stay. The other day I would have had luck for the 23-25 in a 2bd at BW with a Garden view but I added a day to our March trip and I was short points.

Oddly I also could have gotten either Christmas Eve or Christmas night in a 1bd at BLT MK view. But I am not moving for one night to move back for one night.
