Oh no! Dont get the fake kind. The fake ones hurt your feet. When I got mine a few months ago almost all of the girls I work with (I work in an orthopaedic office) teased me They said I had clown shoes. Ok, so they do kind of look like clown shoes, but they are soooooo comfy. If you came to our office today almost all of those people that teased me about my shoes have a pair (some of them even have multiple pairs!).

Can't wait to see if you guys decide to try the crocs

I, myself, don't do the clog crocs. I do the flip flop crocs. Stylin', yet still incredibly comfy.

Only you can't put jibbitz on them...if jibbitz are what I think they are...

ILMICKEY FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY! I think I am going to buy a pair of crocs and be a rebel! Let's jump right in and do it. We'll do it for Johnny man! We'll do it for Johnny. (man I hope you know what that's from, otherwise I might feel a little ridiculous)

P.S. I think it's ok to wear no show socks with crocs, I don't know if they make your feet sweat or not.

I have lost many nights of sleep agonizing over this most difficult decision. For me it's almost like switching religions.

Flip flop crocs do sound like the way to go, and I am sure Florida in Dec will allow that, maybe I will do both.

I DID IT!!!! I bought these last night on Ebay. Beach Crocs.

Basic color?

Not too bright?

Hardly noticeable Right???

Now, back to the Johnny thing. I KNOW I have heard it before, I just........ can't..............remember! Tryyyyyyying soooooo haaaaaaard!! I hate it when I can't remember something. I can't blame it on age, after all I am only turning 30 again this year!!

okay.....i have to chime in on the crocs chatter here. i'm a crocer myself. i'm sure some of this has been covered, so if i'm repeating anyone i'm sorry!

first of all, if it's the look of the traditional beach and/or caymen croc you don't like, there are so many more styles out there that are less moon-shoe-looking! here are my crocs......the pair in the middle are mary janes and i think they're super cute! i'm planning on getting a black pair very soon. the other two pairs are caymens.

here's me in the mary janes to give you an idea of what they look like on.......

i wore crocs every day of our recent trip to WDW and never once got a blister or sore feet the entire time. the day we went to epcot i decided to wear my very comfy black flip flops and i got a blister between my toes where the thong on the flip flop goes. so there you have it. CROCS ROCK!!!!!

oh, and you can get a discount on crocs, too....at least you could when i bought mine. unless it's changed since april, just go to googlecheckout.com, sign up for an account (it's free) and you'll get a discount on your first purchase for signing up. they have a list of LOTS of stores to choose from and you can get crocs at dick's sporting goods or fog dog. neither of those stores charge shipping. i believe i got my crocs for somewhere around $22.

and i ask you......with what other shoe can you buy a $3 mickey head jibbit and actually wear it as an accessory to your shoe?????

ILMICKEY CONGRATULATIONS CROC OWNER! as of 4:30pm yesterday, I too am the proud owner of a pair of crocs. I went to Boscov's just to look, maybe test drive again. I made up my mind to get a pair but couldn't decide what color, I finally settled for 'pearl' they look like a light grey. I wore them all around the house (with socks) and love them! no regrets. Coley is spending the weekend with me and now she is talking about getting a pair.

I looked at the Mary Janes at the store but didn't try them on, now I want to go back and get a pair they look so much better when you see them with a foot in them. I heard the black crocs absorb the heat and make your feet hot, is that true?

i never wear them with socks and i've never gotten a blister (but i think that depends on how they fit your foot) or had sweaty feet. my DH has the crocs that don't have holes in them and he says his feet sweat in those, but i think it's because there's no holes. plus he's a boy and everybody knows all boys are sweaty and stinky!!!

well, we went in early may and it wasn't hot when we were there. i wore my black crocs on our full MK day and the only time i noticed my feet getting hot was while we were waiting for the afternoon parade. but i was sitting on the ground with my feet sticking out in the sun. it wasn't horribly hot, but i did notice it. and by the way, the mary jane crocs are very comfy, but not quite as comfy at the beach or caymen. i think they lack the orthotic footbed. i wore mine to AK and we were there from about 10:00 to about 5:30 and my feet didn't hurt. but i just wanted to warn you that they may feel slightly different than the beach or caymen.

YAY, you finally did it !!! You will love the CROCS....very comfy. I have several pairs. In fact, I plan to take NOTHING but CROCS in December. Best shoes in the world

ericaml As comfy as crocs are I can look past the fact they are not too pleasing to the eye. Look at me now, just singing a whole new tune about crocs.

apirateslife4ever that is now my goal. Although I might still bring flip flops for just hanging out around the resort. I love my flip flops still.

What a cool mom you are..loved the disguises. I sent DH to Home Depot to get the LGMH, and he did with no questions just some weird looks.
