So happy to see someone else going the sames dates as us. This cruise willl be just my husband and myself. It is the first cruise for both of us.

We are looking forward to the cruise. I am nervous about going but my husband can't wait. We are so opposite he is a fishing captain and loves the water and I am a stay at the pool person.

He goes out for cod,tuna,haddock,blue and sharks. He does the big Shark Tournament at Oak Bluffs in July.

DW and I are going on this cruise. This is our third Disney cruise. A 4 day DVC cruise and the 7 day Eastern cruise. This is our first during the holidays. We are looking forward to the decorations and anything else for the holidays they are doing.

We just booked this cruise while onboard last week. We have done the 3 day and the 4 day before but wanted to do the ships with all the Xmas decorations. My parents and sister are coming with us. They sailed in Dec 2003 and it was too rough for CC so I am really hoping we don't have the same luck.

DH and I got married in WDW last month, and decided to go back to WDW before xmas to use our "free" APs we got with our wedding. Since we were just in WDW, we decided that we would cut our stay in WDW and add a 3 night cruise! We haven't booked yet, but are planning for this date!

We just booked this cruise. It will be a surprise for our DS turning 6 on December 2nd! He knows we are going to WDW, but won't know about the cruise until he sees the ship! We've been on 1 DCL cruise before--7day Eastern Caribbean with Tortola last September.

We have two inside cabins for the 5 of us (DH, DS6, DS4, DD1, and me.) We opted for that instead of the Cat4 we had last time because it was a few hundred dollars cheaper for the 2 inside cabins and gives us much more space. I figure with such a short cruise, we won't spend any time in our cabins anyway.

I was surprised to not see a big gigantic thread for this cruise yet. By the time I joined the thread for our 7day cruise, they had hundreds of pages! Do people usually do FEs on 3 day cruises?

Don't just think about it, DO IT!! It took us awhile to finally try a DCL cruise and now we're addicted. I thought surely I'd be seasick, but so far, I've done just fine. The ships are spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the food is plentiful and the entertainment is top-notch! This will be our 5th cruise, but our first at holiday time. I am sooo looking forward to seeing the ship and Castaway Cay all decorated for Christmas--seems like a perfect way to kick off the season and really get into the holiday spirit!

No DIS meet planned yet amongst the folks posting on this thread, but nothing stopping us from setting one up. We still have 145 days for planning!!!
