At the risk of boring you to tears about shipping packages, here is a slightly different view from the FAQs on the main cruise board:

Sending packages ahead of time to the ship:

Each package must have the guest full name, ship, sailing date,
stateroom number and packing slip that details the content of the
package. For prescriptions, a copy of the prescription is sufficient.

Do not send bulk packages of water, they will be outright rejected.

Packages, boxes, gifts, etc:
(Excluding food, beverages (liquor, water, etc.), other chemicals and
luggage)

Guest Name / Stateroom #

Cape Canaveral, FL 32920

Packages must arrive by 5:00 PM on Friday for Saturday and Sunday
sailings. Packages must arrive by 5:00 PM on Wednesday for Thursday

Are any of your rascals doing the WD Suite tour? I have stuck my noggin' in there a few times, but only when scooting by. Will be cool to see the whole deal.

I was too late to sign up. The tour was already full. I will chalk it up as something to look forward to next year.

We are! I think we have 3:15 as our assigned time.

Our time for the tour is 2:55. i can't wait to see it either.

I have only seen what it looks like from the DCL show on the travel channel. It looks very nice, so can't wait!

Hello everyone...I am a proud grandmother of 2 wonderful grandsons ages 3 and 5 ...my husband and I are carrying them on this cruise as an early Christmas present. We are so excited! We are in room 7100 and we would love to partiscipate in the secret Santa for our little ones...they have just had to go through a divorce and moving to new home this past year and we would love to make this cruise as special as posible. I am a retired school teacher and my husband is a retired postmaster.We are from South Carolina. Please let us know if we can participate by bring items for all the other children in your group also...we will love to do this....I look forward to hearing from you. And yes we are bringing our sweet daughter,their Mom with us also...It is so exciting to be able to meet some people ahead of time. I am sure I am probably too late but we just desided to cruise.This is the second cruise for the little boys and the 5th for us on Wonder...we enjoy this ship so much.

Welcome ddt great to have you along. It is getting very close, the grand children must be very excited. Did they travel during Christmas season on thier first cruise. If not it should be wonderful to see all the decorations. This is our first cruise with the ship decorated and our family can't wait to see it.

We took them when one was 2.5 and baby was only 4 months old with their parents...who,sadly, are now divorced. So this will be their first cruise that they can remember. We went in January and the weather was beautiful but water was chilly for us. But the pools are perfect because they are heated.

Hello ddt - glad you found this forum and we look forward to meeting you. It is so great to travel with grandchildren. This is my 3rd cruise with grandkids but my first with DH. After we booked our stateroom, my husband out of the blue decided to join us. So when we called to get another room, a one bedroom suite became available, so we were able to take that instead of doing 2 rooms. Turns out it is right next to one of the Walt Disney suites. This trip we will have 1 grandaughter and her mom with us (before they move to Alaska). Hopefully, next year we will come back with our other DD, her DH, and their 3 children (they live in Brazil). It's such a great vacation for everyone, isn't it?
Tomorrow will be our 2 weeks to go day. Hard to believe!

Hello Rachael..and Tom....I can hardly wait! The boys are going to absolutely love it! And of course we will also. How did you like the 1 bedroom suite? I bet it is great. We have only done balconies but not suite with balcony...is it alot larger? I an so hoping that we will be allowed to participate in the secret santa.Are you doing that also? By the way...my name is Debbie...I hope the weather will be good. We live in SC and a cold front just came through yesterday and went changed from a high of 84
Weds to a high of 53 today(Friday)...the weather is just like that here this time of year. How about where you live? Can you believe we will be in the sunny Bahamas in two weeks? We are driving to Port Carnaveral and staying at the new hotel there the night before and shuttling to port. Hotel keeps the car while we cruise. When do you come to Port Carnaveral?

I know my docs were mailed yesterday from the TA so I'm betting on them getting here Monday. Two weeks from right now we'll be on the plane on our way to AKV and the afternoon safari. Yay!
