Ive read a lot of posts on general crowd levels for a lot dates except these
Anybody got the inside on how the crowds will be at DL and at Universal? We land Dec 18th late evening so sort of hoping the 19th/20th/21st will be slower with the kids still in school.. Anybody with some insight let me know!

We went these exact dates last year (my TR is in my sig). The crowds on Wednesday were AMAZING! Pretty much very small lines all day (with extended hours 8-12), meaning we got on like 30-40 rides in a day! The next day we slept in and hit DCA, which had very very short lines as well. That evening, we hopped over to DL and noticed that the crowds had grown from the previous evening.

Basically, the crowds on your first day will be great, so take advantage of that day. Thursday and Friday tend to be a bit more crowded, as the dates are approaching the busy holiday season. Those days you will want to make sure that you get there before opening, use FP, and hit popular attractions early. You also might want to see some of the more popular entertainment options on Wednesday (time permitting) because the crowds significantly grow on Thursday.
